Nothing, everything was perfect!

One of the best hostel we had during a yeae of travel. Big rooms, nice staff, all the amenties you could wish for, special event every night and more!

Turn off the tv in the other building. Nobody is watching it and it is all the time on. It is a waste of energy.

The common space in front of the reception is very nice (including the kitchen)

Excellent staff in particular Julia (knowledgeable, kind, bilingual and extremely helpful) and Michael (brilliant new-starter with excellent customer service). Big lockers and whole hostel decorations according to the city's cultural history. Big kitchen and big pool table. Local fast food amenities around and close to landmarks. Excellent and immaculate clean toilets.

The only thing I can think of is that they don’t have a cafeteria/restaurant. But they have a fully equipped kitchen available for guests!

Excellent location near Liberty Bell/Independence National Park. Excellent staff. Honest guests: I forgot & left out in a public area my toothbrush & toothpaste. That night after returning I realized that and asked if they had a lost & found. They did & the items were there, together in a plastic bag.

I really liked the vibe in betweem staff and guests. Laid back , relaxed , but still with a lot of respect for eachother and the rules! And offcourse the location is great , in the old city and not too far from the center city as well as close to the mfl subway line (east <> west)

It was an old building, so be prepared to climb stairs without elevator, especially with heavy baggage up to the top floor. The restroom door shut quickly. I was using both of my hands to carry my stuffs like toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, towel etc., with no hand to hold back the door. The door handle hit my waist hard. Also I asked for a lower bunk bed and the staff did try to reserve one for me. However the other guest in the room seemed to ignore it and occupied the lower bunk bed before I arrived.

I liked many aspects of this hostel, including location, staff, kitchen, bed, shower, cleanliness, key card room door access, large common area, baggage storage after check out etc. The locker in the room was big enough for a large suitcase. Everything was well maintained and organized.

Apple Hostels was very straightforward to find and it is located in the Old City which is walking distance from the main tourist attractions. The location was excellent, and I stayed in the 18 bed male dorm and I was amazed how spacious it was. The hostel is extremely clean, and there excellent facilities there to cook, chill, relax and have fun. The staff were first class and they were on hand 24/7, and they were all genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to Nick who always went the extra mile and I'll miss our early morning chats at the start of the shift. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Philadelphia, highly recommended.

The location is amazing, very close to everything like the famous places to visit and a lot of good restaurants around. The staff were very attentive, polite and always ready to give me information and tips. One of the girls at front desk offered to help me up with my luggage and as my knee was hurting, I accepted. The hostel is very clean and very well structured and organized. I would love to come back again to Philly and stay there.

No curtains in beds, no privacy when sleeping. Remember to bring a lock, they sell locks for $6 in a vending machine that only accepts one dollar bills. They return $3 if you return the lock.

Good hostel with a great common area for socialization. Hostel provides towels is an extra positive.

Very close walking distance from the liberty Bell. Cute and clean.

Leaving! I made so many friends with staff and others staying there, will miss them all.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions and accommodated my requests. The value in terms of location from hotspots, facilities and fun things to do in the main lobby, was phenomenal for what you are paying. Showers were clean, bathroom was clean and spacious, actual beds were comfortable and lockers were spacious too. All in all an amazing place to stay and I will be back for either a return trip to Philly or NYC.

Facilities were tidy, staff were a pleasure to deal with, free pool table in the lounge was awesome to relax with at the end of the day, all round very positive experience, highly recommended

My room was close to the main stairs and the walls were very thin. I could hear people constantly stomping up and down the stairs. Dragging their suitcases down the stairs. Apart from that, everything was fine

I paid extra as it was WWE event weekends so room rate was higher than usual. But overall the experience still nice.

Location is great, walkable to alot of restaurant, bars, city attractions, subway. I like the fact that they give you a new sheet and pillow cover, towel when checking in - it shows cleanliness but you have to do the bed by yourself.

Staff were really friendly and patient. I'm definitely staying here again if I visit Philadelphia in the future.

All wonderful with hostel. Roommates, out of the control of the hostel, all left at 6am and were very noisy. So that was a bad morning, but not the hostel’s fault.
