Central air doesn't cover road noise at night (Saturday especially loud), a little pricey for what you get, towels the stereotypical brillo pads.

Vintage tile bath (plenty of hot water), wonderful neon signs, pool open even in October. Fridge with freezer great for leftovers. Room was a good size.

The particular room we ended up in did not have its own A/C. Rather, it was centrally controlled along with some other rooms. The front desk staff did tell us this at check-in and said that they would do what they could to make us comfortable. We ended up having to ask for a box fan because it was too warm in the room.

The front desk staff were very kind! The motel is in a good area around lots of amenities. The room was large and clean. The decor was rustic and cool. I liked that the room had a key pad for entry instead of a key or card. The rooms also had storm doors over the actual door, which was a unique touch.

Great location, located around a lot of restaurant and was located 6 minutes from downtown. Cute little fire pit the staff would light at night.

Outside our room was a plant that smelled like cat urine. While it wasn't the end of the world, it was pretty annoying. Also, if you have a luggage rack on the back of your car, be prepared to scrape. The driveway is horribly steep and then goes right to flat.

Unable to adjust the room temperature, toilet handle needed to be held down when flushing, pillows were small & NOT plentiful, chairs outside of room were broken...

The parking was precarious, very hilly, but very close to my room. I arrived vey LATE, but was greeted w/ a smile and everything went well...

A bit overpriced for the quality. Our room had really strong damp/mildew smell and bedding all felt a little wet. I think the rooms on the back part of property don’t get much sun/warmth so it was not ideal.

Had a smell to it and no shampoo or conditioner. I really liked the little picnic table and grill next to it to sit . Also there was a man who got completely nude on the side walk the morning we left right by the store and entrance.

too far from downtown. I had to hike up the hill and through the noisy tunnel to get to downtown. Booking also said that it was closer to downtown than it actually is.

The room is very old -1970s style - feel they never did renovation. The tap in the sink is half broken. Room smelt horrible - maybe from previous people smoking. Another had a dog unleashed - kept following me.

The location was great. It has a cute name. The front desk lady was professional and enthusiastic. The price is really really cheap.

the TV would mess everytime you turned it on one of the beds were broken and the air conditioner needs to be in a place In the room they need to go back to room keys instead of pin numbers and They need to tell their visitors no matter if they live in the NC state or out of state traveler's that their state IDs shouldn't matter

Was a little hard to pull my trailer into the parking lot because of the steep hill for entrance and exits.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was dated and needed updating. Needs more lighting in sink area. Great Location and friendly staff. The best deal in Asheville!!
