The neighborhood is not so great. Lots of homeless sleeping on the street one block over.

The room was spacious and clean. The view was nice both side the mountain and the sea. The location is good and in the centre. The pool is something very attractiv which gives a special value. The staff was very helpful with the bus as this system is not familiar for Europeans.

There should be pans and other things availeble so you can cook yourself buth there was nothing. Asked it twice and got the answer that it should be in the room. But it was not there. The restaurant in the hotel had a diverent owner was close and the had no idea of and when it would reopen.

A very great room with stunishing view over Waikiki. A few minuten away from the center. A very good bakery next to the hotel.

Nothing major: the facilities look a bit dated but properly functional.

The location of you were going to Waikiki wouldn’t be the best.

I loved the location for the cruise and some activities we had planned on the water before the cruise and that the view from the room was amazing

Was uncertain when we arrived late at night as to where the reception was located. We searched for a bit until someone let us know.

The view from our room was great and it was a close distance to pier 2 For the next step of our vacation.

Our friend's room was quite a bit below the standard of our room even though we requested identical suites. I felt quite bad for them. They moved rooms but it didn't make a big difference. In the first room there wasn't even a stove top for cooking. The second room did have a stove top but the microwave was kind of balanced on an end table. The suite wasn't nearly as large as ours was.

Our suite was gorgeous, and the view was stunning. It was spacious and had everything we needed. I would request that very room again, or recommend it to friends.

The mattress protector wasn't clean, neither was the side of the bath. The paintwork on the furniture was scuffed, and there were scratches on the chest of drawers.

Two cockroaches! Water outage one day - no water available after 7 am until late afternoon. Noone's fault. Just an inconvenience. No restaurant or food on site.

This is an affordable hotel. The rooms are very large. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly, helpful and present.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The springs were felt in every part of the bed. The lights from the separate kitchen/dining shine thru to the bedroom because there were 2 see-through windows that are placed on the wall between the 2 rooms. The furniture throughout was old. The kitchen was not cooking-friendly. There were no kitchen towels, no fans to suck up cooking smell, no cutting board. Just not intended for cooking.

The bedroom was separate from the kitchen/dining room. The view of the city is beautiful. Both rooms are very spacious.

The neighbourhood sees some homeless people here and there. It is close to Chinatown which we liked and with bus stops and is not so touristy.

Very 70s feeling, didn't seem to have changed much since then. Some repainting and refreshing is needed (paint on bathroom's ceiling is partially off), bed sheets were found with small holes in the.
