Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No on site help with luggage. It was difficult to get a receipt upon checkout. Elevator maintenance one day and I had to climb 4 sets of stairs with groceries.
Very nice condo- good amenities although the washing machine was a bit old.

The advertising price was extremely deceptive, turning out to be over 2x the listed price. I don’t know if this is on booking or the hotel, but it wasn’t cool at all. It’s a little too far to walk to main shopping area.

the price was higher than other places but since they upgraded us I guess it was OK.
the room was incredible and we were updated to a 2 bedroom/2 bath place. Had an ocear view room which allowed us to hear the ocean and see if from out balcony. Loved the facilities including the barbeque area and comfortable seats at while we waited for things to cook. Also loved the ocean fed pool next door even though it wasn't part of the place. Had some problems when we were there (operating the TV,, fixing the front screen) and all were dealt with quickly. Staff very helpful

Spacious one-bedroom apartment on the top floor, with TWO bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, clothes washer and dryer, and huge balcony with unobstructed ocean view. The room was spotless and the property was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of garage parking spaces. There was a bit of an insect problem because of gaps in the sliding balcony door but we used tissues to plug up the gaps.

There is a mouldy smell.
There is a washer and a dryer in the room, couldn’t be more perfect if you are planning to do some snorkelling here.

Not that it mattered much, but the DVD rental box didn’t work well and seemed to be broken when we tried returning our rental (maybe they could offer streaming services instead). The elevators and hallways were a bit outdated and funky, but that didn’t disrupt our trip.
Nice rooms with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. We were upgraded to a 2-bedroom for free, which gave us an extra bathroom to use.

Although this is a few miles out of town and very quiet it has no beach access - you will have to drive to get to one of the beaches. There are no close-by stores or restaurants so pick up supplies before heading to the complex. There really are no "cons" to this place - you will want to stay as long as possible until your key access is shut off at the 11am check out time and like Cinderella, the party is over.
Amazing view and sea breeze. We were in unit 222 which overlooks the pool and can see the ocean from the balcony. This unit has all amenities you need, including a washer/dryer. Parking is included. Pool and jacuzzi open at 8am and close at 10pm which are longer hours than most places. Kids saw spinner dolphins from the lounge chairs along the coastal wall. Unit 222 has wonderful ocean-themed decor, was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our family of 6.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like! We do think a small store/food place would be convenient in side the property but not something we expected from condos anyway.
From our check-in to our check-out, we have no complaints. The staff treated us lovely and even upgraded us to a beautiful ocean view for a birthday we were celebrating. The suite was also very nice and spacious, the in unit laundry and dryer were so convenient and they provided the detergent which we truly appreciated! We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well and had such a good stay.

The first staff member we met was unfriendly but the second one was really nice. They don't have much flexibility.
The view is awesome! Love the the room with kitchen and the factor that it has two bathrooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained.
