The walls are very thin so you could hear your neighbor's conversations and people being noisy outside. There was a lot of traffic and sometimes took quite a long time before you could cross the street to the beach.

The location was great! It is a little away from the main, busier beach area. The beach is directly across the street from the hotel, very easy to access. The surroundings are beautiful. Bonus that the hotel is located right next to the Honolulu zoo!

First room smelled like vomit. Staff were great to move us to another room. But the second room had a sewer smell that seemed to come from air conditioner. So we had to turn air conditioner off to make it bearable.

The valet takes a long time . Over 20 min each time . Even texting the number doesn’t work you will still wait . Takes a long time for the room to get cool. Ac works slow. Cable doesn’t work, the shows /movies kept freezing. Yes we watch TV while getting ready going to sleep .

Room was not thoroughly cleaned when we got there and can hear lots of noise from outside. On the other hand, our room was taking care of every other day during our stay as i requested. No shuttle to/from airport cost us almost $100.

Love the location & convenience as well as the service! Love the pool and restaurant/bar area! Also housekeeping did great in following up, cleaning our room every other day. The text messaging service was of great help as they are checking on us daily! I was able to store our luggage after check out & was also able to extend an hour of our check out time.

The rooms were a Lilttle out dated and I paid for a full view room and got a partial view. So, I was not happy about that.

the bed (full size) could have been bigger, e.g., queen size; the shower was not as powerful as we prefer; the air conditioner could be stronger and lastly the elevators seem to be old and a little strange-need to enter your floor number on the keypad outside the elevator-then scan your room key and then it displays which elevator to go into.

great location and very close to the beach and Honolulu zoo and we had a beautiful view of Diamond head from our balcony. The refillable water bottles were nice. the breakfast (eggs; danish; fruit; and coffee) in the 21st floor with a view was a good way to start the day

The beds were small, room was small. The bathroom was ok, but not very nice. It's an older building, a little rough in the bathroom - but clean.

Breakfast on the lanai, at the Coconut Room. The views of the beaches, Waikiki, and Diamond Head were exceptional! The food was great too.

Breakfast options could have been better. The fixed price reserve in advance rooftop was not always convenient and seating was crowded. The only other option was to go down to the street and wait in a line at the small cafe. The rooms were small.

We had a great view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was great, just cross the street and you were there. The Tiki Grill restaurant was very good.

The shower curtain needed replacement.

We stayed at Twin Fin for 5 days. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a centralized location for shopping, restaurants, and bus stops; only 5 minutes' walk to Waikiki Beach. You can borrow 3 pieces of beach equipment such as folding chairs and an umbrella for free and pay a small fee for snorkeling equipment, etc. The free safe and filtered drinking water refill was a plus.

Rooms are not as modernized and pretty tight . Bathrooms need to be remodeled . No ventilation at all and has a funky smell due to that .

Elevators can have some lengthy waits. Balcony in room was standing only, not wide enough for chairs. Pool is decent size but is warm.
