Venus was really great and informative. Took great care of us.

Parking could be limited - we stayed in late October so it wasn’t too much of an issue but could foresee it being tight during the main beach season.

Front desk staff were terrific! Great location, room was nice - bathroom was a bit dated and could use some repairs but I’m not complaining, we had a great stay.

The bathrooms need majorly updated, and they were not that clean. We wore our shoes in the shower.

It was a good location in the city and was right on the beach. There were a lot of things to do around it within walking distance and a bus stop across the road. Rooms were large, view was nice.

They didn’t exchange the towels we left out, just took the dirty ones and left us with nothing. The balcony room overlooking the beach we paid extra for was marred by the jail like pvc pipe railing that you had to look through when seated. The balcony was rusted and the light outside the window was a halogen that you couldn’t turn off and it was on from dusk till dawn 🙄. We watched a dead girl get pulled Out of the water in front of the room the day before we left. I was in tears. No word from the staff. This was our first vacation in 14 years. Our 28th anniversary. Good thing the room doesn’t make the vacation!

The rooms need a deep cleaning and updating/painting.

The room had a nice view to the ocean and the location was within walking distance to restaurants and the bus. The beach wasn't crowded so you had space between other people. Nice to have lifeguards on duty.

i had to buy a beach chair because we had vouchers for beach chairs daily, but were not available anymore.

The shower head was loose and couldn’t be adjusted but the water pressure was great. Parking is tight and the elevator could use an upgrade as well as the luggage carts.

Had an ocean view room and it was better than expected considering it was a side view. The balcony was private and the walk to the beach was easy to access.

The bed was very uncomfortable with flat pillows.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was only 1 elevator. So there were multiple times we had to wait long periods to get downstairs. Half the time my husband ended up carrying the strollers down while I carried the kids.

I loved that we were right on the beach. There was complimentary coffee and juices. The staff were so nice.

The rooms really need updating ! There was mold in the bathtub, cleaning can be done better ! There was dust on the bed boards , dust on top of the refrigerator. The toilet on the bottom was not cleaned well . We kept asking for for paper towel and soap.

I loved that it was just a few steps from the beach ! And I loved using the pools at the Aloft hotel.

Mattresses were worn out and noisy.

No daily cleaning service and the room wasn’t well stocked with towels or toiletries. When asked for extra towels they were never brought to the room.

Just needed a view more kitchens ware in the kitchenette but other then that everything was fine
