You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is satisfactory. It takes "only" 10 minutes to get downtown by cab. So far, so good. The area as such is not very interesting. There are highways, that's about it. You can walk to a very good taco restaurant (Vivo), but other than that there is not much there. The rooms are ok, but don't amaze with very tasteful decor. It is functional. The beds are good, the wifi works great

United KingdomClean, quiet and large room. TV was unreliable but I rarely watch it anyway. Reception and restaurant staff very polite and helpful but ovbiously overworked; clear strategy by IHG to employ as few human agents as possible. For example room not cleaned during a multi-night stay unless you request it, process designed to minimise cost for the hotel operator. Would I stay again? For the location and staff yes, for everything else, probably not.

United States of AmericaHotel prices in Austin are sky rocketing, we stayed on hotels closer to downtown and paid similar prices a couple of years ago, now it feels like prices doubled after the pandemic.
Like the location that is a straight shot from 6th and Rainey street so its easy to Uber back and forth for night parties and etc, prices for Uber and Lyft varied between 15-25 each way.

United States of AmericaLarge homeless population about quarter mile off. Outlets had loose connections and did not always work. The ac unit did not seem capable of keeping the room cool. The queen beds we were given seemed to be more like full size beds.
The pool was a good size and was clean. Staff was friendly when we needed to talk with them. The breakfast had minimal offerings but was good.
