You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Better bathroom with locking door
There is no breakfast but the restaurant on site is very good and reasonably priced. The rooms are older and have minor malfunctions but were reasonably clean and beds were good the staff was very good and helfuy

The doors on every room would slam shut and was very loud. There was people in the halls hollering back and forth around 11 at night this lasted about 30 minutes

The bathroom had mold on ceiling above shower and A/C didn’t work the best…there was a lot of smaller details to the room that needed cleaning or updating

The long hairs that were left behind on lamp shades in the bed and in the bathroom and shower wall & curtain! This was disgusting! Toilet seats were both up when I came in. I left for dinner, came back and neither of my key cards worked. So a huge inconvenience to me with arms full and having to go back down 3 floors to get new keys. Also was right next to stairwell. Are you sure you don't have people living in there? I heard noise and commotion the entire time I was in the room...day & night! It was not an experience I would ever like to have again!
Loved that the bed and pillows were super comfy but really appeared as tho they were not fresh or clean on one side of bed.

I didn't like that my neighbors were really loud all night. The room was dusty especially behind the TV and desk. The bathroom wasn't really clean but I travel with supplies. The bathroom toilet seat was loose and the toilet kept running. The desk chair was also broken. The lady ( think she may have been a Manager or supervisor) that checked me out wasn't really concerned about my issues.
I liked the location to the events I was attending. The young lady that checked me in was sweet.

My family and I had a good two-night (25th-27th) stay at the Wyndham Hotel during our Spring break trip to Orlando. The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly, except for one older woman who works the morning shift. However, we encountered some issues with the billing system which caused confusion and frustration. During our trip, we stayed at three different hotels. The other two hotels we stayed at charged for the room and put a hold on the accidental deposit in two separate transactions. However, at Wyndham, we were charged for the room and deposit all in a single transaction, which caused concern for us. When I asked the receptionist in the morning, she was unhelpful and rude, constantly interrupting me and not allowing me to finish my question. She said: " If you guys don't smoke in the room, the accidental deposit will be refunded". Very unprofessional. To our surprise, we were charged again the day after checking out(03/28), which caused further frustration. When we called the hotel for an explanation, they told us that the first charge (room + deposit) was just a hold, and the second charge (room price only) was after the room was cleared of any damage. The first charge would then disappear on the online transaction. This should have been clarified during the check-in process. Overall, the billing system was complicated, and we would not want to deal with it again.
The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds. The heated overhead light in the bathroom is awesome. The location of the property.

A second working elevator would have really helped. It was inconvenient to have to use the stairs. Also the room was not cleaned each day.

That there was about 4 young boys roaming in the hall carrying on a little too much .
Didn't get any breakfast & they didn't have any coffee in the lobby which was all me & my partner wanted. The coffee in the room was ok but we wanted some from the lobby as well but was told we had some in our room.
