The bathroom’s could use updating and the restaurant was a bit overpriced but it’s the only restaurant on site.

Room didn’t have a window so had to run AC all night. Carpets were dirty, some mold spots in bathroom. No microwave in room, just a mini fridge.

The room was a bit small and dated. It was functional and fine but the floor sagged in one spot and the bathtub also creaked underfoot which seems odd and suggests repairs are needed.

The staff was terrific. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. The Airstream coffee and quick bites was a favorite most mornings as we had early appointments nearby. The restaurant breakfast on Sunday was lovely and relaxing with delicious food and plentiful coffee.

There was a loud, late party one night directly above us. Hard for both the kids and adults to sleep.

I didn't like that the lights in the room were not too bright. The ac unit would not cool down too well. And it would be nice if the TVs had Netflix or other entertainment apps. Also we had trouble with a few gates opening we had to reverse a lot to find a gate that would open.

I liked how close things were. I loved how the property was clean and well kept. Also the ice machines were a plus!

We found ants inside the bathtub and the bathroom.

Staff was nice and cheerful. Our room was spacious with a huge balcony, and also a kitchenette with a microwave, real cups, and plates (not disposable cups and plates) and a dining area.

The sliding door was a little hard to open and close. The patio was not remodeled like the rest of the room. Other than this, no other dislikes.

I liked that the room was clean and well kept. I loved that the room provided a mini fridge, coffee pot, microwave and even a toaster. Plates, cups and silverware was also available for our use. There was laundry on site which was a pleasant surprise. It was very nice having a heated pool and jacuzzi! We were able to go swimming despite of the weather being a little cold. I have already recommended this resort to my friends and family and plan on returning soon!

The resort is on the smaller side and everything is a little tight (parking, pool, etc.). Its obviously an older resort, but they do a good job of maintaining the facilities.

Location was excellent. Right on the beach (bayside) and a 5-10 min walk to the ocean. Helpful staff. Nice ammenities.

Housekeeping didn’t really show up the first three days so we finally had to call. Buildings sare very dated, as is the furniture. The heater is our room started making a very loud noise our last night and we lost hours of sleep.

Good location, room was large, pool had plenty of chairs. Enjoyed the private beach and access to chairs.

Excellent restaurant on premesis. Very clean. Kind staff. Great location. Pretty dated decor/ carpet. No ac in seperate bedroom which made for a warm sleep. Sleeper sofa not comfortable at all. Wish we had a nap of what type of rooms were located where on property before booking. Many more favorable locations i was not aware of. Enjoyed our stay but would probably look elsewhere if we return but it was super clean!

Washer/dryer in other building was subpar, rooms are in need of upgrades but understand that this is planned to commence soon.

We were upgraded to a suite when checking in and really enjoyed the room and views on the harbor front. The food from the Dockside restaurant was excellent as was the service all around!

Seems some of the facilities are a little outdated. The gym could use an update and more equipement.

Great location! We were only there one night and didn't explore the full amenities but the pool and hot tub were great, clean and large. Since it was off-season and not crowded the front desk upgraded us to a suite when we checked in early which was very appreciated! They were able to get us in to our room around 12:00 which was a pleasant surprise. The suite was large and well stocked

The carpets are old, the bathroom was small and overall the building felt a bit run down and neglected. With such a lovely location, if they improved their facilities and rooms, it will be an awesome resort.

The location is really good: it's just 10 minutes walk from the beach. The view of the bay from the room, even though it was a partial view, was also nice. They have their own beach overlooking the bay!
