Austria27 Reviews“Disappointed”I had a room towards the street and the noise from cars and motorcycles was annoying. It is not possible to keep out all the sunlight, since the curtains are not tight and have gaps where sunlight passes through.
The location is great, it is right at the center of the strip.

Room looked to have been recently updated. Nice that this property still has refrigerator in the room for keeping small items cold. Many of the other hotels on the strip have been doing away with in room fridges

Didn't like the extra resort fee for wifi, fitness center, etc.....didn't use those services and felt shouldn't have to pay. Pool wasn't open and it was hot out, didn't want to go to Paris hotel to use that one, when Horseshoe has their own. Should have cheaper options/quicker options for food.
Location good for activities we did. Room had plenty of room and clean.

the location for sure. the rooms are very very big. the chapest 5 star like hotel in the vegas strip. right near the paris hotel so that you can use its casino as well. poker hall of fame only in this hotel. to sum up all, great hotel which deserves every penny that u will spent.

In a drawer we found a chicken bone....disgusting🤮🤮.... Then also a soft drink bottle in a corner....cleaness: extremely bad. Safety box: it was closed, unusable. Phone To call reception: is was on the desk, but not connected, the cable was not available, no way to use it. We left the room at 10 am, at 5 pm we back: the room was not cleaned yet!!! Asked to house keeper, she said: I cannot clean your room at this time, please inform the reception. I went to reception: there was a long queue....I gave up....

United States of America5 Reviews“Not bad, but don’t expect a human touch when checking in or out”The front desk experience is like a cattle drive. The whole set up is designed so that you don’t bother the actual humans there and just use their impersonal kiosks instead. Also, an upgraded room on 25th floor did not have a coffeemaker. That is ridiculous. The carpet in the hallway needed to be re-stretched as well.
Good location, spacious clean room, good housekeeping.

I also didn't like the fact that the swimming pool was closed, despite being told that it would be open by the time of my arrival. But the pool at Paris Casino made up for it. It was lovely, although I didn't swim in it.
I liked the close proximity to other casinos on The Strip. I also.liked my room's view of The Sphere.
