눉Rolex was stolen from room! No follow through from manager or staff. No returned phone calls from security or front desk or management. Any time I spoke to someone it was because I called them. Manager was rude and told me that she "misplaces things all the time." Someone from security (I spoke to 3 different people), told me that he "wasn't surprised that a watch was stolen". The hotel's insurance company has just told me that it won't cover my loss. Shame on this property and company. Now taking legal action. You've been warned.

눉Front desk staff still needs some training.
눇I love this hotel. I've stayed here numerous times when it was a Fairmount and now a number of times since it changed hands. I know there are other hotels in Boston but everytime I try someplace different I head right back to the Battery Wharf-sometimes mid-stay!

눉The paid wi-fi was the only downer .
눇A first class hotel both in position and facilities. Loved the bed turn down service of an evening, room was tidied and classical music playing softly in the background . Loved it.
