United States of Americathe shower curtain rod was falling down, the toilet seat had spots on it. the door had to be slammed to be shut. the key cards wouldn’t read well. the outlets wouldn’t hold any plugs, without them falling out. also requested a room on the bottom floor when I booked but was not given a room on the bottom floor.

I received 3 different phone calls from the hotel asking when we would be checking in. One was on the previous Wed to confirm & estimate a time & twice on the Fri we were checking in. I told him we were at a ball tournament so it would be a late check in & wasn't sure when we would be there & gave an estimated time but we would for sure be there. Pretty sure his intentions were to sell our room & make double profit because they were sold out. Super annoying!!

United States of AmericaThis hotel offered the fewest amenities than any of the 12 properties I have stayed over the past three weeks. There was no coffee in the room. The "breakfast room" contained only coffee and the coffee was not hot. The pool was closed. The hold bar in the shower was not attached to the shower wall and needs to be repaired immediately because it is safety issue (management notified). Covid has restricted some hotel operations across the country but this hotel is considered to be one of the most restrictive I have seen. Many hotel operators in the nation are offering more in spite of Covid so for this reason I must say this hotel is not a good value in my opinion.
This property is located about one mile from the Chickamauga Battlefield visitor center which is the reason for visiting the area. It is also convenient to grocery stores, fuel, and other shopping opportunities. My room was located on the ground floor so I was able to park in front of my room. The air conditioner worked well, the bed was comfortable, and floors were clean. The staff was very helpful. Lighting in the parking lot was excellent, providing good security for cars. I did sleep well and enjoyed the 3 minute drive to start my battle field tours.

I was already not thrilled with the state of the room—the bed sank in the middle and the wash clothes and towels were stained. But for the price I could live with that. Not roaches though. Nope.
