Checking in was great. Arrived early on a Monday. Room ready. Steve at the front desk made us feel welcome. Pointed out all the amenities and times. Walked out from behind the desk to show us where things were. Best experience ever, to be honest!

Bed was pretty stiff. Left with a sore neck and back.

Facility was super clean. Kids love the pool. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will stay here every time we come to town.

The room we stayed in on the 4th floor did not have a window screen. Very difficult to have fresh air in without letting bugs in.

Stayed a couple nights at the Bavarian Lodge during Winter Karneval. It was a great trip. Everything about the lodge was cozy and beautiful. The lodge was decorated for Christmas time and it was great. This is the perfect location centrally located right across from the shops and park across the street. The park was all lit up with Christmas lights. The lodge was all lit up. The cozy fireplace was always on. There was always hot chocolate, hot tea, hot coffee, and hot apple cider 24 hours a day. Which was great because while we were there it was literally 0 degrees! The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The restaurant/ bar in the lobby was great. The breakfast had plenty of options and was good. Pool was open. Definitely will come back and stay here again.

Everything was great!

Location was great, right across the main street with restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and great service. Breakfast was very decent and our kids enjoyed the heated pool.

Everything! Look no further!!! The Bavarian scenery and aesthetics were on point. The hotel was very cozy! Easy to access and find parking. Loved the hot tub, free hot beverages, the cozy on site bar (and free welcome drink coupons 😊), free dvd rentals (so fun!), free games and daily puzzle! The rooms were fantastic - cozy, great winter photos, free robes, beautiful shower, comfy bed! The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. We had the most rejuvenating time and 100% will be back. Also perfect location:) Can’t wait for our return!

We loved the location and the staff was amazing in All aspects. Food and drink available when we wanted. Will stay again for sure in the future.

There wasn't really anything i didn't like. The room was pricey, but it was accommodated by the cleanliness, bar prices, great staff, and amazing breakfast.

The manager was professional and very helpful. The housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was great. And don't even get me started on the heated outdoor pool/Jacuzzis.

Our room did not have bottled water or courtesy toiletries. Wouldn't have thought of that except for the one lonely moisturizer on the tray. Maybe things have changed for those items. Regardless, it was a great room and look forward to our next visit!

The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but gave it a romantic feel, I suppose.

That beautiful king-size masterpiece of a bed!! Relaxing in the bubbling hot tub with the freezing mist above was heavenly! Staff was great, and the property was clean and cozy. Now that we've experienced 4☆...never gonna cheap out again!

High-quality hotel with all the nice extras -- comfortable room, great location across the street from Leavenworth restaurants and shops, nice shower and towels, amazing breakfast. The included breakfast was one of the best I have experienced at an American hotel.
