The shower was broken. We called to get someone to fix it or get another room. The guy said they didn’t have anymore rooms and that they could take a look at it until the next day. So one ever came. We had to use a bucket to shower ourselves

Rust on bath door. It wouldn’t shut. Pool dirty. Very noisy due to dogs and traffic. We had to take care of all our trash and change our own towels. I think there wasn’t enough communication with the girls that clean.. They were very nice, but didn’t understand English. The manager Ani was involved in making corrections with the payment. I’m still waiting to hear from her.

The room was disgusting. Son crawled on the floor and within 2 minutes was covered in a black nasty filth. Kept having to wash him everhtime he walked or crawled. Half of the lights didn't work in the room, lamp by the bed was half hanging off the wall. The trim on the floor by the bathroom was just pushed up against the wall, not even connected. Everything was just falling apart

It was dirty with mold, rust and lots of water damage. It was a sketchy location, and I was concerned about safety after dark.

They upgraded us to a “premium “ room. The staff were nice.

The atmosphere outside is not good. It smells a lot like marijuana and on every corner there are people smoking. The place is very poorly maintained. Most of the things are old and rusty. If you go for work or as a couple, it is passable, but I do not recommend it for families with children.

The paint was chipped, flaked, and peeling off all over every wall. The sink was hanging on the wall, gaps between the floorboards fo the room and the tiles of the bathroom gave bugs like cockroaches multiple places to come in and out of, and there were several I spotted through my stay. Door lock sometimes didn't lock automatically or unlock with the key card. TV was set to Spanish without any way to change it.

At least you didn't charge for towels. Parking was decent for the size of the property, and great location from the parks, convention center, and right on I-Drive. Cheaper than most other alternatives in the area. Bed was neatly made and sheets were clean

We had to kill several small roaches and spiders in the room. Bathroom definitely needs renovation. There were ketchup marks on the wall. Mirrors had burnt stains.

The hispanic in the morning the younger girl was rude although my job was paying for my room told me I had to leave because edc was paying more and canceled my other nights without telling me

Ot is a franchise hotel. . And the owner. Just dont care about maintenance. I went to the room 116 and the smell of mildew was unacceptable . Water was coming from the floor near sink and the problem was there before. They replace the vinyl floor with different patterns. And black mold spots on the bathroom. The clean supervisor transfer to the room 122 . The room was better. But also with mildew and mold issues. I spray clorox all over and did a deep cleaning even on the ceiling. I stayed there . Because I have 2 dogs and there are not enough hotel who welcome Dogs like Red Roof. The whole staff was awesome. Even though I experienced some communication problems. But what a good smile can’t fix right? The location is great. But the hotel should be inspected. People with breathing problems should stay away. There are a lot to do with a few people to take care of all. I think the staff is being exploited by the owners
