Hotel reception and room decor very dated. Did not clean rooms unless requested, same for towels. Very strong air con required us to get extra blankets. No way of controlling aircon. No functioning elevator at the time and no attempt to fix it while we were there.

The room was not as expected, the lobby of the hotel was not welcoming. It looked like an old house with random furniture and decorations. Do not be fooled by the pictures. There is also no way to control the Air conditioning, the temperature at night was very hot and there was nothing you could do.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is right on Ocean drive, very close to the beach. There are many restaurants withing walkable distance.

No control over air conditioner it was very warm in my room and the elevator was of service. Very old look, need to be updated. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The mini couch in my room was soo dirty and stained we didn’t even sit on it

The bed was uncomfortable. I'm a side sleeper and my hips hurt when I woke up in the morning. The partying outside of our room (Ocean Drive) was more than I expected for a Wednesday night.

The front desk gals were friendly and very accommodating! The security guard was a gentleman and had a great sense of humor!! Loved being right across from the park and beach! Conveniently located next to a lot of food too!!

Staff; lobby, elevator and other shared amenities outdated We got in town early (as noted when we booked) but they wouldn't hold our luggage until our room was ready, so my three kids and I had to take our luggage (3 rollers and 4 backpacks) to the beach with us. I've never stayed somewhere where they do not have the space to hold luggage. And they were quite rude about it.

The couch and chairs were extremely warn and stained. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them. The room needs more electrical outlets or USB ports. The windows don’t open. They could be updated so you can enjoy the ocean sounds. The old elevator is nostalgic, but it was broken for a couple days during our stay.

Vintage hotel. You are pretty much on your own after check-in. Nobody to help to your room or with luggage. Vintage elevator that is slow & stopped working while there and of course we were on 3rd floor with luggage. Thank goodness we didn't get trapped inside. You can't control your air conditioning, so it was colder that we would have liked. AND THE WORST THING . . . .THE WINDOWS ARE SEALED SHUT. So if there is a fire you are S.O.L. How is this legal???? Would never stay here again. NOT SAFE.

the elevator door was so heavy and the elevator inspection was expired. while opening the heavy spring door and struggling to get our luggage in the elevator the door slammed on my nails and broke them off. also there was a open bag of garbage with a plunger outside of our room door when we arrived 4 nights later it was still there. NO MICROWAVE so you can’t take back left overs and fridge is actually a freezer. if you plan on sitting or laying on the couches request blankets before touching they were stained every where.

Says air conditioning, none at all it was hot the whole time they said they have central air they control it but That’s not on the website. Says beach chairs they have rusted old short chairs that weren’t available because they didn’t look right and kept braking.

It was a very old hotel no updates have been made the furniture was very dirty the lighting was really dull not additional outlets Ice machine on the very low level, the amenities advertised was not available very old and rusted beach chairs the shower tub was very old low water pressure it’s over priced for the stay when everything appeared cheap and low budget
