Not enough shower towels compared to people it sleeps, and no beach/pool towels were available. Which would have been fine, except there was no laundry soap for the washer and no kitchen sponge.

There is so much room to spread out, and the setup in the house was awesome with 2 living room areas &dining areas, plenty of beds, nice pool loungers. The only flaw was that all of the bathrooms are located within bedrooms. Loop hole, you can enter the 1 bathroom from the pool area using an exterior door. The bathroom contains the washer dryer and then connects to the 3 twin bed room. But awesome. Otherwise, already dreaming of another stay. (Some neat books on the shelves to read and kids toys for the beach were outside. There was an ez-up, new chairs, and a deisle wagon for the beach, but the wagon was nowhere near big enough for the size of the tent and chairs available we had some straps with us but plan on getting creative if you dont.)

The location was perfect. A two minute walk to the beach or the village. We loved the pool area too. Roberto was the best and available at all times for questions. He even set us up with bikes from a place that delivers them to us and picked them up! Also loved that a wagon, beach chairs and coolers were available for every unit.

Communication on the door codes (got locked out of the exterior door for over an hour). The beach wagon is in bad shape. Had to ask for toilet paper and paper towels. Were told we would get fresh towels after 3rd night but didn't get them.

Location was great. Great access to beach. Nice pool. Kitchen decent. Drawer space in bedrooms and bathroom. Hair dryer. The patio outside our room was great.

the only negative was our unit was up front and therefore right on the main road into town. Not too noisy late at night but busy during the morning and day.

Roberto was awesome- responded promptly - the room was well maintained and met our needs - the pool area was very nice and we enjoyed spending some time there. There was a lovely little basket waiting and enough soaps, etc. to get through our stay.

I can’t think of one thing except the people just south (I think) were in there carport behind the half wall parting/talking very loudly until 1:30 am on the night we arrived. That was the only night they were loud however we were only there two nights.

We chose The Ringling House as soon as we got to town. It was one of the last places available at the price we wanted to pay. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived and it wasn’t just a room with a bath room. What a gem you have with this location. Thank you for having the wagon with chairs and umbrella available this was a very nice touch.

Perfect location, close to the beach ,bars, and restaurant ( you dont need a car, everywhere is 5 min to walk, the beach 2 min) private swimming pool, big , comfortable, clean and cozy house. Highly recommend.

Parking was tight one day probably due to allowing beach goers to pay to park. The rest of the time parking was ample.

Great location for walking to beach and the village, yet still relatively quiet. The Tiger apartment seems recently updated and was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and professional.

The kitchen equipment leaves much to be desired. The equipment is old, there is no cutlery and it is very unpleasant. It should be renewed. I would have cleaned it a bit more thoroughly unfortunately windows were dirty, the towels were unpleasant and the bed linen was wrinkled, I could manage it for two days, but for me the cleanliness of the bed linen, towels and bathrooms is the most important thing. there was a bit missing here.

The nice swimming pool, localization were great! Our studio Seal was also good and near swimming pool what was great! We are very satisfied. The outside of the property itself is very nice.

There are still a few minor areas of deferred maintenance, but they're working on them. Overall, it's a great place for families.

Robert was great, very professional and attentive. He clearly cares about his work. The apartments we stayed in were recently updated and are in very nice condition.

This was such a gorgeous place - very spacious, clean and decorated tastefully. The staff was remarkably friendly and communicated so nicely - we felt totally welcome. The beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was exceptionally clean and same for the pool area. We had big pool towels and a buggy with chairs & umbrella for the beautiful beach. There were ice cubes in the freezer and some welcoming snacks in a basket on the table - so cordial! We would love to stay here - the next time at Siesta Keys... !

Roberto told me it had been recently renovated, however, the front door was always tricky to open and close, and it felt like it was about to fall off the hinges. In addition, even though the they provide chairs and a wagon to take to the beach, the wagon was old and nearly fell apart on us on the way back.

Location for this property is great. I went with a friend and we were assigned the Tiger location. This was on the back side of the property, which made it feel more private, and parking was right outside, which made it easier to load and unload our stuff. We were there over New Year's, so it was too cold to use the pool area, but it looked like a nice pool. We did go to the beach, which was within walking distance, and got to enjoy the sunset.

The beach access path across the road was flooded after the storm few nights before. And you find it out that it's impassable just 2/3 into it :) So after the storm it's better to take the path a block further.

Apartment was ok, very florida-like, pretty much everything you could expect. Host Roberto was really helpful with all the detailed self check-in instructions. And was really responsive for the small request we had. As mid December nights happen to be rather chilly, it was a nice surprise that pool was heated.

Wish we had more time and could stay longer to really enjoy all the property has to offer. Just a quick weekend this time, but we’ll come again.

Roberto welcomed us warmly at check in and the property was new and clean. Great hospitality!
