Small toilets, thin walls, stiff furniture, and paying for internet separately. Seemed like some things were a little "let go" ex: ceiling damage in the pool area.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and also the things that were provided (utensils, spices, grill, etc.). Nice location. The amenities seemed really nice as well, pool was very clean, the office and fitness area were in order as well.

The rooms are noisy, the vents were noisy. Everyone the heart would kick on the vents made a clicking noise. Our second morning at 6am a clicking sound started and went on for 10 minutes. I tried searching but couldn't tell what it was or where it was coming from, other than maybe inside the walls.

The accessibility, the location, there were quite a few vehicles around the parking lot but it never felt busy. We loved the kitchen, it had every amenity we needed.

Old compact fluorescent lightbulbs are super dim and need to be replaced with new LEDs. Furnace really loud and might need cleaning. Some basic cooking supplies would be nice. Oil, salt pepper etc

The cleaning people were sooo loud cleaning the room above ours, it was not restful or relaxing for probably 3 hours. Next time I will request a top floor room.

The light outside the bedroom door made it impossible to sleep. We ended up sleeping on the pullout bed in the front room because it was way to bright. The ceiling is very thin we could hear our upstairs neighbors every morning, especially when they played music. I was also very disappointed that the WIFI was a "pay-to-use" service, that should have been included in the price of the stay. We ended up using our hotspot. I was disappointed to learn that there was a DAILY charge for the movies we rented. It felt like I was staying in Vegas where they nickel-and-dime you with hidden fees.

The staff were amazing! Great group of ladies. For the most part the "suit" was really nice, however there were a few things that made it less then perfect.

Typical hard hotel mattress. You have to pay for Wi-fi.

The room was very spacious and setup nicely. The fireplace was a nice feature and the bathroom is huge. Relaxing in the hot tub was great after a long day of driving as well. Front desk people were very nice to deal with. We felt very comfortable there for our stay and will be back on our next trip

This was absolutely perfect. Booked this for my parents for their anniversary and they love it. They had never been to bear lake and said this was a great central spot. Close to everything and perfect to come back to after exploring all day. Very clean and comfortable, they did say the bed was very stiff but not horrible. Couch was perfect to sink into.
