Facilities where not in service. Ice machine not working vending machines not working. Our toilet kept clogging and the water pressure in the shower was the worst.

The property itself needs a lot of maintenance and up making.The carpet throughout is terrible their are lots of rips, black stains, and parts where the carpet is rising which makes it easy to trip over.The walls in the room were dirty and the paint in the bathroom was cracked and chipping. I am 50% sure their is mold in the bathroom of the room I was in. The curtains in the room were dusty and ripped. Furniture was also chipped and chairs were stained giving the overall room a horrible appearance. I did have to request to be switched rooms because the first room was in worse conditions than the one I stayed in. Additionally, on my last day the water boiler went out so we were without hot water for a day.

All staff were amazing! They were friendly and always willing to help. The location of the property is great lots of surrounding stores and places to eat!

The common areas of the place were dirty and it looks like a crimi scene after a murder. I was really afraid after sunset to walk througt the corridors. The breakfast was only some bread, one tipe of egg and waffels what is really poor in this price.

They were remodeling and stuck us right next to the big trash container. They also never gave me my deposit back after multiple calls and emails with them about it , I finally had to reach out to my bank and wait 17 days to get it back

1st room didn't look good, carpet in hallway is dirty. Was able to change to another room a lot better. Main complaint. Breakfast was good, workers were good. It did look like being upgraded which is good. If this is true keep me posted on completion date. May come back.

No Wi-Fi in our room at all - ZERO. The beds were literally metal frames with a mattress and no headboard. We had the king bed room and its layout is like two room except one of the room was empty with nowhere to sit like a couch.

Location was good, ample parking, great access to freeway. Restaurants were close by along with coffee shop plus a bunch of late night taco spots. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, bread, pasteries, yogurt, waffle maker, coffee teas and juice but it’s only until 9AM

The carpets at the hallway are very dirty anywhere. They need to be deep clean or replacing.

The room is good, bed is comfortable with 5 pillows ... Breakfast is not bad with toasts, Waffles, sausages & scramble eggs & more

The hotel decor is dated and gives an initial drab grubby appearance. Not a huge selection of breakfast available.

The location was ideal for what we needed (in between Disney and Universal parks) Rooms were clean and housekeeping was daily.

I did not like that my room had a broken air conditioner I also did not like how the Jacuzzi was not working and they had it covered with a whole bunch of brown fake cardboard it was just not safe I also did not like that they would not give me late check out and I thought the rooms would be more nicer but there’s so much construction and stuff going on it was just not worth it with my asthma and all the dust it was horrible they had to switch my room because of things not working I even had an issue with the water it would not go warm or hot in the shower it was horrible

absolutely filthy carpet! Black with dirt. Breakfast is 1 star, coffee was bad. pool was ok. No hot tub. it was just dirty. I won’t stay again.
