We had a tub and informations about how to operate the jets (as though it was a Jacuzzy ) but there were no jets. I think they renovated the room and never took the sign down, cause it was a regular bathtub.

the room is so comfortable and the bed is amazing. Big bathroom with two sinks was also very convenient. Shower had a good pressure and i loved the robes available. We also got a free upgrade, the clerk was kind and put us in a room with two windows for a view.

Where to have a breakfast in the hotel. Limited and expensive. 2 pastries and 2 fruit bowls $ 43 without the tip.

The hotel staff could do a better job cleaning. There were many cracks and crevices filled with crumbs and other debris. Not what I would expect from a high-end hotel

It certainly didn't have the opulent feel it portrays. Was crowded, busy, loads of people in foyer that weren't paying guests. There to see various parts of the hotel ie fountain show, and chocolate fountain, and flower displays. Personally I think they should create a guest only entrance so not to get swept up in the crowd.

THE TABLES NEAR THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN RESTAURANT ARE NOT WASHED THE THREE TIMES WE USED THEM. I WAS SUPRISED AT THE SCRUFFY ATTIRE ON MANY OF THE CUSTOMERS. THIS IS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL BUT WHO YOU ARE ATTRACTING.

OUR VIEW WAS WONDERFUL AND WE STAYED AWAKE TO WATCH THE FOUNTAIN.

The pretentious air that exists in the hotel by both staff and other guests. Over priced drinks. Unfriendly front desk staff; you truly do feel you are doing them a favour. First experience of such poor service on our road trip. Far too busy.

It is without a doubt a luxurious and stunning hotel. The swimming pools are incredible. Rooms stunning. Its location is fantastic for the strip.

Very central to everything, felt very safe in the hotel too. The room was very clean and the view was amazing! Would 100% go back. (Defo worth it to spend more to get a fountain view)

Nothing, it was all wonderful.

Room felt very luxurious and clean. Loved that the hotel rep booking our stay moved our room to a quiet area with a view of the pool! Bathroom was sparkling clean and very luxurious.

For the price, I expected more room amenities. I didn't have the option of watching streaming channels like Netflix from my TV. There wasn't even a free bottle of water when I returned to my room, which I get a many other hotels. The amenities are 3-star level. Also, check-in took longer than expected.

I attended for a conference. The food was good. My room was clean and the decor met my expectations.

Room was a little tired in places, shower leaked and was very low pressure. Of course expected but quite loud in room. Check in took a long time.

Amazing location, we had a fountain view which was so amazing and totally worth the money. Room is good size, a little tired but nothing awful. Food good if expensive. All v convenient if you are in Vegas a short time like we were.

Breakfast was not good for the $55 price of a buffet. Coffee here is the most disgusting I have ever tried in my life. Overall, The prices skyrocketed in the past few years. Who charges $55 for two frozen drinks in the plastic cups that were not even good? Lol

It was much busier than the previous accommodation and the Harvest restaurant was not open. everything else lovely.

Fabulous location, room was lovely. Did not have a view as thought, but we were comfortable.

The elevator for the rooms is quite a walk from the main entrance.

Room was nice and spacious, and the hotel was beautiful. Hotel has great attractions on site, including Cirque de Soleil.
