To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BrazilWe had a tub and informations about how to operate the jets (as though it was a Jacuzzy ) but there were no jets. I think they renovated the room and never took the sign down, cause it was a regular bathtub.
the room is so comfortable and the bed is amazing. Big bathroom with two sinks was also very convenient. Shower had a good pressure and i loved the robes available. We also got a free upgrade, the clerk was kind and put us in a room with two windows for a view.

United KingdomIt certainly didn't have the opulent feel it portrays. Was crowded, busy, loads of people in foyer that weren't paying guests. There to see various parts of the hotel ie fountain show, and chocolate fountain, and flower displays. Personally I think they should create a guest only entrance so not to get swept up in the crowd.

It is without a doubt a luxurious and stunning hotel. The swimming pools are incredible. Rooms stunning. Its location is fantastic for the strip.

United States of AmericaFor the price, I expected more room amenities. I didn't have the option of watching streaming channels like Netflix from my TV. There wasn't even a free bottle of water when I returned to my room, which I get a many other hotels. The amenities are 3-star level. Also, check-in took longer than expected.
I attended for a conference. The food was good. My room was clean and the decor met my expectations.

Amazing location, we had a fountain view which was so amazing and totally worth the money. Room is good size, a little tired but nothing awful. Food good if expensive. All v convenient if you are in Vegas a short time like we were.
