The breakfast is a joke, a plastic wrap Danish or a small costco breakfast bar! The tv was broken with lines running through it. When told front desk person she just shrugged it off. The toilet seat did not fit base and had to be up to open door. Dirty hand print on ceiling in the bathroom. Missing light bulb in nightstand light. Heater unit was broken up and burnt mark on top. Microwave had bad odor. They also placed a hold on the card even though it pay at the property. The rate they charged online was $30 more than if you checked in without a reservation.

Easy to find and on off the highway . They give you a discount slip for the dirty food trucks out front if you like that stuff. They have a designated smoking area for smokers

The room was clean BUT needs a deep clean in bathroom around the edges and the toilet needs repair. The worst was the cheap plastic mattress cover…made for a terrible sleep.

It could have been cleaned properly, prior to assigning it to a guest. Front desk staff should have access to additional towels. We went out sightseeing and requested clean towels. We didn’t get them.

There was poop on the handle of the toilet that was not cleaned. No coffee cups, but a coffee maker…makes perfect sense! 😑 This hotel is holding a very high deposit for a room that was not clean in the first place.

I booked a room I always pay with cash will I pay cash but my credit card money was taken off my card I paid cash went back to office and let them know that I got charged not one time but 2 time not happy when they say I have to wait for them to put my money back on card

The bathtub was clogged, didn't drain even after pulling wads of hair out. There was constant construction being done on the property and in the parking lot, never any notice of any sort-it would go on as late as 8pm. The daily breakfast was Costco bought Granola bars, Svenhard Danish and juice; the meal truck that they were partnered with was nearly $70 for 2 adults and 2 kids. And their pet fee was $50/pet PER night.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and having the kitchenette it was so handy for preparing food for my family-being as we were a long-term stay. The room was comfortable and roomy-although the heater didn't work and needed a filter change before we checked in.

Went to ask for more toilet paper. The manager and one of the front desk staff ignored my request. Went down later and asked again. Another member of desk staff got me one. And again the previous member was there and just shrugged it off.

Advertised breakfast, but all they had were junk food carbs - prepackaged sweet rolls and breakfast chocolate bar and coffee. No fruit, or protein! So I went to a restaurant I hadn’t planned on.
