We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI did not like the fact that the room could've used some more attention regarding cleanliness. When I brought it to the GM's ( Jay) attention, she had a nerve to get smart with me. To add, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. After conversing with her over the phone, it ended with her saying that she would credit my card back $20 plus the tax. This was on Feb. 12th. I called back about a week later and spoke to Austin. He said that it may have been delayed because of the holiday. However, he said he would have her to give me a call. No call back and no credit as of yet. The lies people tell! Nonetheless, It's not going to hurt me, but this has the potential to harm your business.
The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant).

United States of AmericaRooms are clean but there must have been a reorganization because there are holes in the wall where things used to be that weren't repaired. Light bulbs missing in the bathroom vanity. Room was ready but no towels. What appeared to be a supervisor found us some towels. At the front desk there were some chairs. They look nice but when you sit in them they sink to the floor. For show, not for use. The breakfast was a fail. The coffee was luke warm. When my husband mentioned it to the attendant she basically ignored him. We went to Dunkin Donuts. The hotel could be GREAT with a little work. I was actually pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and quiet. The front desk clerk was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
