I did not like the fact that the room could've used some more attention regarding cleanliness. When I brought it to the GM's ( Jay) attention, she had a nerve to get smart with me. To add, she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. After conversing with her over the phone, it ended with her saying that she would credit my card back $20 plus the tax. This was on Feb. 12th. I called back about a week later and spoke to Austin. He said that it may have been delayed because of the holiday. However, he said he would have her to give me a call. No call back and no credit as of yet. The lies people tell! Nonetheless, It's not going to hurt me, but this has the potential to harm your business.

The breakfast was good. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant).

The room next to me played their music very loudly all night once I reported it the staff came and made them turn the music off.

The beds, were honestly some of the worst I've slept on. They are nott comfortable by any means.

Staff was great. Each staff member,no matter where you were at in the hotel, would greet myself and family.

This hotel needs remodeling really bad especially for the cost of the rooms. Very old furniture, old linen, carpet raggedy all throughout the hotel and room. rooms are over priced for the poor quality of the building and furniture.

Rooms are clean but there must have been a reorganization because there are holes in the wall where things used to be that weren't repaired. Light bulbs missing in the bathroom vanity. Room was ready but no towels. What appeared to be a supervisor found us some towels. At the front desk there were some chairs. They look nice but when you sit in them they sink to the floor. For show, not for use. The breakfast was a fail. The coffee was luke warm. When my husband mentioned it to the attendant she basically ignored him. We went to Dunkin Donuts. The hotel could be GREAT with a little work. I was actually pleasantly surprised.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The front desk clerk was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The wait time when I got there and when someone finally came, she wasn't customer friendly. Recommend training or something for exceptional customer service!! I've worked in customer service for years and I know what it takes and she didn't have it.

need more towels. have the owners stop being cheap and buy more towels. I shouldn't have to wait for the laundry to wash my current towels to return them to me.

The beds need an upgrade 🙄 the pillows were small. The bed was very flat but durable. The covers sheets was a little off white 😩 😴 😫 but a great value for families.

Yes the breakfast was very good. There's was meat items as well as other breakfast favorites 😍
