Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe inn looked quite different from the pictures online. I think they are in the process of remodeling to try to make it look like the images posted, but it was a bit misleading.
The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and tried to really make us feel welcome and like valued guests. They left special snacks in the room and allowed us to check in early. The linens and towels were nice and looked brand new.

United States of AmericaNeeds work, but it is going to be great when it’s done.
It was cute, a little small, but it worked out well. The construction taking place below us was loud & annoying as we had no idea it was happening. Would have been nice if we were made aware of this happening on the property.

United States of AmericaLots of road noise. Hotel is like a motel with rooms opening into the open center. I don’t know what could be done to improve it. The power went out for 1/2 a day, and there was no hot water for a day. No discount was offered. No notice was posted. They could have handled it better.

AustraliaSome staff weren’t helpful or particularly friendly. Big sections outside were roped off and in disrepair. The front and foyer didn’t match expectations, although the room was great which is definitely the biggest thing.
The location was great, and one of the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and stylish.

United KingdomOnly vending machines available. No food. No bar. Had a 'happy hour' each night where they gave you a voucher for one free can of beer (same three choices each night) or a wine. Breakfast was a discount voucher for a small take-away round the corner with two choices. Same for a coffee. Room was on the top floor, but each morning we had ants coming out of the tap into the bath (lots). Each morning around 6:30/7am the maintenance guy bounced around on the roof above our room waking us up while he played with a machine up there.
Room was cleaned every day if you asked before 8am, and they did a good job there. Parking was tight (we had a large SUV) but very secure.

SingaporeNo breakfast Not aware of not automatic cleaning
I didn’t have breakfast which I think quite surprising for the price we paid and cleaning is only upon request, which we weren’t told so we never got our room cleaned. Apart from that, the room is nicely designed and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe property looks much nicer in pictures as it is in real life. Restaurant was closed so there was no life at all in the otherwise lovely courtyard. Parking is limited to the first customers, which was a bit of a gamble to use the car and see if a parking spot is available when returning. When I am paying 30 dollars per day, I don't want that insecurity but a guaranteed spot. Location is good, safe neighborhood but not close to any hotspots. It is almost necessary to take the car to see the touristic highlights. But for business in the area, the location is superb.

United States of AmericaThe parking is a bit tight but we have a smaller vehicle so it was alright. The a/c and heater both worked fine in our rooms but one of the rooms had a loud vibrating noise when it was on. The beds need to be changed out really bad. The beds have giant sink holes where each person sleeps. Not too good for people especially if you are having spinal surgery near by and need to stay a few nights. The lamps next to the bed were extremely dirty in all the rooms we stayed in. They have some sort of sticky, oily, dusty build up on them. The noises from the floor above us was very loud. You can hear everything, even the toilet flush. I think its an issue at all multi level inns and hotels but this was pretty noisy.
We liked how close it is to my surgeons office and Cedars. There was parking, an elevator and they have a luggage rack in the lobby. It smells clean and looks clean. All of the staff that we met during our three stays were beyond nice and professional. If you stay here ask for a 4th level room because it is much more quiet. The rooms have a mini fridge and small coffee set up. The bathrooms also have exhaust fans which is nice.

United States of AmericaMy problem with the stay was that I paid for a room with 2 queen beds, but instead we got a room with 1 queen bed and 1 full size rollaway bed that was VERY uncomfortable to sleep on (old, thin spring mattress). We checked in rather late (around 9 PM) and decided not bother with taking the time to request to move to a different room.
