You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomCleanliness was OK but not outstanding, breakfast was disappointing (found mouldy cakes), not a lot of choice. Car parking was cramped and difficult to manoeuvre around.
Location and Sanjay (the manager/receptionist) was very welcoming/helpful.

Exceptional location in the center of Carmel, very clean rooms (we rented two-rooms king sweet, room with sofa bed is small, but good for one child or normal size adult), very friendly owner who was at the reception desk, parking; king bed and pillows were comfortable; central heating system (in the summer central air). In the morning the owner showed us several rooms that were already very nicely remodeled.
