It was easy to find, bright, clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable and clean. I liked having a table and chairs in the room. The pillows were great, I bought one to take with me.

I personally like really soft beds and this was more on the firm side (but not hard). But I still slept well.

Everything was great, and the breakfast was much better than I expected. The property was quiet, clean and well maintained, and the price was very good. I felt very safe as well.

It may be a singular problem but my work laptop doesn’t connect to the internet there—had to use the mobile hotspot. The staff just gave me the password but that work. It’s the only place I have run into this problem.

The location is good relative to restaurant availability and access to highway 101 is good.

We would have liked if the pool was working. For breakfast it would be nice if they added a vegetarian item to menu - it was eggs, bacon and waffles which were the most delicious. A side of potatoes or vegetables would be nice for the ones who dont eat eggs/meat

The rooms were comfortable. The tea and coffee in the room were replenished. The rooms were clean. We liked the buffet breakfast in the morning. It carried us through the morning.

Unfriendly staff at check in. Room was in a separate block, the guy just pushed across a map with it marked but the layout in the dark was not easy to get around (and there were not enough signs directing you to the room numbers). He couldn't have been more uninterested, not what you need after a long and tiring drive. Breakfast buffet was just about ok (paper cups and plates 😕) though the two rooms were barely enough to cope with a very full hotel.

Great location just off the freeway. Big comfortable room with a view over the pool. Parking right outside the room was really convenient.

Breakfast is AWFUL! Super unhealthy, very limited. Needs something like fresh OJ, more fresh fruits, plain yogurt or Greek yogurt. The sugar and high fatty options were so bad we just brought our own food from Trader Joe’s down the road.

The location was great off the 101, and the beds were so comfortable! I had the best sleep of my entire road trip so far here. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a nice treat. The cleaning staff was impeccable!!

The bathroom products were empty in the shower. Body wash and shampoo conditioner. At the patio area next to breakfast area clothing were on the floor. I felt like staff could have done a walk through before rush.

Not much, really. It was a quick stop and we were pleasantly surprised. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the door going into our room was really squeaky/loud. We checked in pretty late and felt bad it was so loud.
