The shower tub was a larger jacuzzi tub. It was fine but likely could use an update.

This is an older property but you can see the pride that the owners take to maintain the facility. The room was very clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast exceeded my expectations!

The in room coffee was less than average. The screen outside my room was bent as though someone had tried to break into the room. Room was clean but felt dated; not like the picture posted to sell the hotel.

A little out dated inside and out for the price. The exterior reminds you more of a Hotel 6 than a Best Western. As well as the energy outside. I saw a few people sitting in a car with seats laid back parked. I can't imagine they were up to anything good, which I thought was weird like they were staking the place. Of course, I hope I'm wrong about my observation. Doesn't sound like anything came of it to my knowledge. Also, the windows/walls are paper thin, you can hear everything, and everyone who walks by.

The room was big, roomy, clean, and close to stores and restaurants.

Rooms need upgrade. The outlets will not hold plugs. Too lose and our phones did not charge overnight due to this issue. In the walkways there are electrical outlets open and wires sticking out. Bathroom in the room had dirty floor with stains that came off with a wet towel, but that should not have been my job to clean. Would be helpful if there is at least an extra blanket in the rooms for those who get colder than others at night.

Rooms are noisy. I was awakened by neighbors showering all morning. It sounded like they were in my room. Also the towels need to be replaced. Very worn and used towels. Breakfast hours are kind of early.

The bathroom was in kind of rough shape. The tub had tape covering a bunch of different spots on it- some looked to be covering jets, but some tape pieces were not on jets so I’m not sure if there were cracks or something else. When I was coming back to my room on the second floor, I saw that housekeeping had put a stack of clean towels and sheets on lid of the garbage can at the top of the stairs. I called the front desk from my room- and let them know. I said that I wasn’t sure if they were stacking them there as they carried things up and down the stairs since there is no elevator, but it was absolutely disgusting to think about the “clean” sheets and towels in rooms being placed on the gross garbage can lid outside at all. The guy who had answered the phone just said- in a very bored voice- “thanks for letting us know”, and that was it. Didn’t sound surprised, didn’t sound like they would do anything about it. Wouldn’t stay there again knowing that they’re ok with that.

There were people smoking pot outside the rooms in addition to my first room smelled like it.

The staff was accommodating when I asked to change rooms because the room I initially got smelled like pot. So, the second room was very spacious and comfortable. They have a great burger place next door and the gym equipment was excellent.

At first there was no way to plug up the bath tub to take a bath. A very  Then the faucet in the bath tub was very difficult to use. other than that I found the staff to be extremely polite and the facilities very clean in the location. The location was excellent for a lot of things like what, convenient options for locals, unfamiliarf cooking and exotic Asian fairs. you do like going to the drugstore, doing your laundry, other basic day-to-day things that are sometimes hard to find in a hotel. A nice resourceful room engineer, came in after I complained, proud of him of being unable to take care of the bathtub, and took care of it right away. th, very courteous. The lady who prepared breakfast did an excellent job. There were delicious options and a lot of so I appreciated that. So on the balance, it was a comfortable stay and the nice staff compensated for the troublesome bathtub fixtures,
