Breakfast sausages tasted funny so I stopped eating them.
Comfortable bed mattress (Important because I have a back injury with spinal disk hernia) Heater was powerful and efficient Shower pressure and temperature was good. Bathtub was clean

I used to live in Rockland so when I come home and visit it’s central to most places I go.Its close enough to Nyack that when it’s nice out I can walk down to town.Staff is always courteous great breakfast and a convenient store across the street

Gadgets, carpets and drappery in rooms need some fresh up. Was a huge lump of hair on the floor between the sink and shower I thought was a little mice, those corners are difficult to clean, I know
All was good until power went off,,, just in my room!!! So I had to call front desk because of course, ingenious way to make you think * gratuity time* Breakfast was good, kitchen staff very pleasant, entertainment with band was great, crowd was enjoining the show However, I think guess staying at hotel should have free acces to any entertainment offered at hotel, pay for admission and pay for coat handling, bartender was taking too long to serve drinks, then you get this tiny plastic cup for the price of a bottle...lol Watch out for your drink, there was a guy picking up your little tinny plastic drink cup from table even half way done, he took mine!,,, bartender replaced it IT WAS JUST AN OK STAYING, this sweet older man helps me next morning with snow removal from my car, I think that was the highlight of all!!

Hotel could use a renovation.
Went to the nightclub located at this hotel which was really nice, so decided to stay overnight with my friend. The room was dated, but clean, and the bed was comfortable. The included breakfast the next morning was ok.

The room could have been more updated but it was fine.
The room was comfortable, clean, and walking distance from downtown Nyack. There was good information on local sites and the town in the room. My favorite part was the warm breakfast which included eggs, bacon, french toast, and more.

Breakfast was a buffet but you cannot serve yourself and the attendant was nice, but she was on her phone the whole time and it was annoying to ask her for what I wanted because she wasn't talking to me. She only serves people 3 hours a day. Talking on the phone during that time doesn't seem necessary (this was not an emergency phone call situation, it was just casual conversation). Also the servings were inconsistent (one day I was served 2 pieces of toast and 3 sausages and the next day I was served 1 piece of toast and 4 sausage) and there wasn't accessibility to juice unless she pre- portioned it. We had no toilet paper holder in our bathroom, so the toilet paper just stayed on the sink and the toilet was very hard to flush. The housekeeping staff also folded my clothes. I didn't have a problem with it, but my husband was uncomfortable with it. I asked for a tea bag (which is something they offer) one evening because it was cold and the front desk attendant just told me the kitchen was closed.
The breakfast offerings were good and the hotel is conveniently located. There were working USB plugs for our chargers and I enjoyed the Roku TV.

The room was not as dated as it was tired, with visible staining in some areas and simple obvious signs of all-too-deferred maintenance. It was very clean, quiet, and safe however.
The hotel is excellently located near I-87 and with excellent parking. Everyone working at the hotel was nice and the room was clean. As other reviews mention, the room (its furnishings, rug, wallpaper) are tired and likely need replacing... especially as there is some staining. However, it was very clean and safe and I would return without concern should I again need lodging in the area.

The bed was hard. At check-in, the front desk person was unpleasant.
Location - close to Halloween Attractions. The lady that served breakfast each morning was very very polite and helpful. I was happy to see that the hotel still sells the award winning cheesecake in the restaurant

It was chilly the weekend I visited and in room heating system not ready for season. Staff did respond promptly with a plug in heater which did work well but had to move it closer to bed without an outlet nearby and created a slight tripping hazard

Air/heat unit did not work in first room. But room was switched after notice to desk. Water cool first night, but warm shower in AM. Minor upkeep issues noticed. But overall good value.

The above....and it was noisy. It was located right off the Expressway. The people below us were constantly opening and shutting there doors and making noise with their cars.
Did not like much. The hotel needed to be updated. I pick it because it had a restaurant and bar. To our surprise, both were not open.
