Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not very soundproof Our room was right by an entrance with a light that was on all night (for safety) but the blinds let all kinds of light in making it difficult to sleep Room door lets in light from bottom and is not thick, letting too much hallway noise in. Shower curtain not a good choice for the standup shower as it doesn’t stay in place & water gets onto the floor. We were travelling with another couple & they also experienced the shower soaking the floor as a result of the shower curtain.

Excellent breakfast and friendly host with homemade cookies! Pet friendly with lots of space to do their business. Newly renovated rooms with recessed lighting under the bed was cool.

Had trouble casting to the TV from phones. No way to stream from entertainment apps. Could only watch local tv channels. The heater couldn’t be turned down causing the room to get way too hot even after it was shut off.
The room was very spacious and clean. Really hot water with great pressure and comfortable beds.

Parking was at a premium with the construction still ongoing
The hotel has been renovated and the new room was in great shape, very clean, awesome shower and water pressure and amenities. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant!

Easy access to I15 . The staff were all friendly. Mary in the breakfast buffet was so helpful with everyone from making sure you got enough to eat to getting road reports for travelers. Thanks to all staff for making our one night stop enjoyable.

We requested a room next to an outside exit since we were traveling with an elderly disabled dog. Unfortunately, we were midway in the hall and the dog was not able to hold it to reach the exit. We did arrive at 5Pm, so that may have limited what they could offer. While the breakfast offerings were diverse, the food all tasted the same….no flavor. We have often found this to be the case with the Perkins restaurant.
The location was excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the lounge located in the hotel, they even brought us a dinner plate from the restaurant next door. I would recommend this place to a friend.

The hotel was a bit dated. Bathroom door handle was not working properly. But in spite of that it was clean.
Comfortable, quiet, and clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing with many options for a hot breakfast. The pool was nice, and it had a hot tub as well.

We would rather have a table and chairs instead of the desk for sitting. We were very tired from our drive and was going to order in, but nowhere to eat
