Well....my husband and I were stuck for 30 minutes in the elevator which mal-functioned. The rescue squad was eventually able to pry open the door to help us out. That was upsetting but all was fine in the end.

Cleanliness, helpful front desk. ( I mistakenly booked a room with one queen bed and was quickly switched to a room with 2 queen beds). Thank you! The included hot breakfast was abundant with choices for all tastes.

It seems the walls are kinda thin and you can hear people in the hallway but it's not a big deal.

The location is perfect, Comparing to other chain hotels this branch is tiny but cozy and nice. The 24 hrs Water and coffee service is really nice and you can even buy drinks anytime you want from the reception with really cheap prices. The air conditioner works so greatly. Breakfast is good too.

Soundproofing could be better. Should not be able to hear guests in the next room talking or guests above us walking around their room

The pool area was clean and big. The breakfast had a great selection of food. Waffles with a few other hot varieties and a bunch of pasteries. The rooms were pretty large and the family suite would have been perfect for us except two of the beds were fulls and not queens. I don't think that was very clear when I booked it.

The tub didn't drain and the water pressure for the shower was weak. Therefore, while taking a shower, you were standing in water in a VERY slick tub. Would be easy for someone with poor balance to slip.

The room was nice and comfortable. A little dark but that was due to the decor. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the bedding as well. My husband thought this hotel did a great job with the breakfast. The lady working it was doing a great job and was keeping it clean. He also like the coffee and hot tea station. Very nice selection.

The pool room was a little chilly probably because door was often propped open to hotel (it was still much warmer than the cold Christmas air outside). There was always a little cold standing water around the pool from kiddos splashing that you had to walk through to go between hot tub and pool - improved drainage would help. I would recommend water socks or thick flip flops to keep it off your feet. The pool and hot tub temps were perfect so overall it was a great experience in the pool area. The hotel room was congested. There was only 2- 2.5 feet of clearance from the foot of the beds to the dresser so it was tight walking through. There was a space next to the beds with a closet on one side (with a curtain) and a table on the other. One night I slept on a small cot with the head of the cot in the closet and the foot pointing towards but not touching the table (family members talk in sleep or wiggle so this solution gave me a comfortable silent night). There was space at the ends of the dresser and side of the bed to keep 4 large pieces of luggage, shoes, and ski gear - so everything for 4 people fit in the room.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Comfort, relaxation, and convenience at a great price. I loved that the hot tub and heated pool were open later than other hotels. We arrived late the first night and many people were still checking in. The front desk clerk was gracious and welcoming and even left the pool open and extra 40 minutes for us weary road travelers in need of a hot soak. The beds and pillows were comfy. I appreciate that there is a tub and shower so you can soak if needed after a long day. The breakfast buffet had several options and everyone found something to eat. It's not gourmet, but its a great deal for the price and very convenient. There was adequate parking and plenty of restaurants, fast food, and groceries nearby. We didn't have a pet, but there were many friendly pups downstairs and we never heard any noise from them on the third floor. There is also a comfy seating area in the lobby with a fireplace if you want to spread out a little.

The only problem we had during our over night stay was the coffee maker in our room didn't work. Everything else about our stay was great.
