Desk clerk was unfriendly. Was disappointed that the pool was an outdoor pool & closed.

It is affordable. The staff friendly. The breakfast has a large variety to choose from including hot chaffing dishes.

The heat in the room was hard to regulate. It would get too hot or too cold. The refrigerator in the room made noises waking us from sleep. The shower would go from hot to cold.

After we got inside our room our door was knocked by another guest who was given the same room key. He was forcing to get inside the room and after saying him that we are staying in this room he told that they gave him the same room. It was a little bit annoying. And housekeeping ladies were trying to get inside the room without knocking and saying that they were housekeepers and they came too early to housekeeping. And when we were walking the aisle all the dirty towels from the rooms were left on the ground, it was so weird to see everywhere on the ground full of dirty towels.

Property is showing its age … for example, hallway carpeting needs to be replaced (unpleasant odors in the hallway and the carpeting IS VERY worn)

Property is under the SureStay Plus brand for Best Western and was the location for the event I attended

My daughter got a very big cut from a metal sticking out of the bed. The front staff did not have a first aid kit. They had to request band aids and alcohol and from kitchen. They also asked if we would like to file a report but then told us they didn't have the forms available. The pillows in my room smelled like sweat. The TV had no signal and the refrigerator made noise the whole night

The check in staff was very friendly. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and was very clean.

AC wasn’t working in room. I mentioned it to Hotel Engineer in Hallway. He said it he’d look into it. He did.

Entrance was not well marked. Facility was older and could use some updates.

Rooms were clean, breakfast. Breakfast area was very nice, and the staff was very friendly.

Limited food availability on Sunday as most are closed then. Also, the ice machines all around the facility were empty.

The poolside room was convenient with the family.. Also, the staff was very accommodating. Thumbs up for allowing pets!

The pool is beautiful, but it needs to be cleaned.. you can see he ring around the pool, and that's not a good look. Way too pretty a pool for that.

I would love more of an efficiency room because I wouldn't mind staying longer. My cousin got there before I did.. the first room smelled so bad, and the bed was broken.. but I did ask for a pool view, regardless.. when I called the front desk.. they were so kind and so accommodating, they moved us immediately.. and into he room I first requested. Loved that. We loved the main courtyard.. perfect and private. The staff was awesome, and very kind.
