Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe light switch in the bathroom is a motion sensor. In theory a good idea but whenever one of us went into the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light came on and lit up the room. We tried to turn the motion sensor off but could not.
Clean, comfortable, spacious.

United KingdomI had read the reviews and understood that it is a while since the rooms in this hotel have been refreshed but actually, for the price it was just great.
The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. It was quiet in the room and I slept well. The pool is great. The staff are helpful and attentive. There was an issue with my room that I discovered after one night and I was moved to another (superior)room immediately without fuss. The restaurant attached to the hotel is marvellous. They do a good, home cooked breakfast, there is also a wide choice for dinner, including some lovely big salads and plenty of veggie options, the staff are friendly and efficient and the beer (from the attached bar) is excellent.

Good hotel with all the necessary facilities. Free breakfast included which is always a plus. Around 10-15 mins drive to downtown where all the restaurants are.

United KingdomWhilst the breakfast food wasn't that bad the restaurant was a bit grubby, we had to ask for cutlery and napkins 5 mins after the food arrived at the table. I understand that for BW the breakfast arrangements are very convenient but I think that your customers wouldn't choose to dine there if given other options
Loved the double room, bed was comfy and the apartment was clean, Angela on reception was very attentive, called twice to make sure that we were happy

United States of AmericaPull out sofa was so uncomfortable that my kids couldn't lay in it, Jacuzzi tub was cracked, wall mounted soap dispenser was empty, conditioner was broken, lots things that could used repairs, had to put tape over the motion sensors on the light switches so they stop turning on all night, you could hear most things in the rooms above and next to you, only 1 working ice machine on the entire property. Not a nice area to walk around after dark.
The bumsted restaurant was really what pulled this place up to a 7.5 out of 10, otherwise it was a 5. Also a fun looking karaoke bar. The room was clean. Mini fridges and TV's worked.

United States of AmericaThere were a few things that my and I didn’t like. The biggest complaint we had is Wi-Fi problems that were present from the first day we got there until the morning of the next day. The second problem we had was trying to figure out how to work the television remote which, even after it worked, the second day it didn’t work. The last problem we had was after my mom took a shower, she told me there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in any of the dispensers in the shower.
The stay here exceeded my mother and I’s expectations. Most of everything went well and we enjoyed our stay! Not only that, but we enjoyed the restaurant food at the bar. We also had a good laugh with all the different names of the things on the menu and the name of the restaurant (if I remember right it was called “We Love Your Bum”)! 😆 I even got to try something I’ve never had before, and I loved it! It was a sourdough sandwich with bacon , peanut butter and jelly. It was actually really good!

United States of AmericaThe breakfast could be a little better, it's pretty small and the offerings aren't that great but it will get you by for a couple hours. The housekeepers aren't very respectful of the do not disturb sign, so be aware.
The rooms are nice sized and the bed is comfortable. They have upgraded the HVAC unit, it's a little difficult to figure out but once you do it works well. Bathroom has a walk in shower, water pressure could be a little better, but, hey, it's Arizona and they do have a water shortage. Lighting was decent for working. There was plenty of parking and accessing the room was easy. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. The place is dated, but in a good way and it appears to be well managed and kept up.

SingaporeAircon was very noisy. Breakfast was average. The hot food could be book-to-cook. However, the cold food could be buffet style for more choices and options. The pancakes and the potatoes weren't done as expected.
There was initial hiccups with my reservations but the staff did their best to resolve it. Hotel couldn't find my reservation despite me having a confirmation number and confirmation email from Booking.com. There wasn't a Queen room with 2 Queen beds available and was offered a King with a sofa bed instead. Was given the option to switch to the Queen room after 2 nights but we didn't proceed as it was too much of a hassle to move / change rooms. On the day of my check-out, the hotel manager also personally apologized for the inconvenience I suffered.

United States of AmericaThe room had some old socks on the side of the bed the weren't ours so that was a bit unnerving. Some of the controls for the bathrooms amenities were finicky and could either use an update or at the very least, a good fixing. We got breakfast tickets for the Cafe next door, the food was good but the woman working there was very rude.
The room was very roomy, and we used the living room area as a separate room for some of the family (we had a young baby). The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience and we will be back! The pool was also very clean and great to get into during this awful heat.

United States of AmericaOne aspect that disappointed me was the breakfast. Unlike the typical breakfast offered at most hotels, here we received coupons to be redeemed at restaurants where the meals were made-to-order from a limited menu. Unfortunately, this limited selection didn't suit my dietary restrictions, as I don't consume pork, ham, or bacon.
The room was decent and fairly standard. While it was reasonably clean, I wouldn't describe it as spotless. It's worth noting that I was assigned a room facing the pool, which unfortunately led to some noise disturbances at night due to the presence of many children swimming.
