Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We stayed three days. Having the same breakfast everyday was a bit boring, is it possible for you to bring some variety?
Breakfast was decent, offered all the things we wanted. It would be nice if sausages were less salty

The clerk at the front did not seem to poses in the least any hotel and hospitality training one might anticipate by the ambiance of high grade formica. He didn't really display any discernible people skills for that matter.
For overnight work accommodations the facility was above what I consider acceptable. Nice room, very comfortable bed, bath towel plush and the standard in room amenities of yesteryear are still present.

Had problem with toilet ballcock assembly but staff responded promptly to address issue.

Parking situation was a bit of a hassle. The fast food joints although convenient, the traffic the cars caused made it inconvenient.
The breakfast was good for being a simple hotel breakfast. Wish the eggs were a bit more well done and not so mushy but other than that everything else was great!

No on site restaurant but does have a McDonalds over the road. Breakfast served in the reception area was basic. The bathroom shower was very basic with the sink unit outside in the main room.
Location close to Freeway and easy access to free parking.

There has got to be a better way to protect parking spot access when the drive-thrus next door (McDonalds and InNOut) are hopping. Both nights I returned to the hotel, I had to wait IN the drive-thru line for 15+ mins in order to slowly creep forward to a parking spot. It was nuts! Fortunately I brought earplugs for the noise - who knew the drive-thru was such a party all night! - but I do think Fri & Sat stays on the InNOut side of the hotel should be priced better than the rooms across the hall. Lastly - the water pressure in the shower was really low. It was a tad disappointing. Other than that, had a good stay!
Bed was very comfortable, really nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower, and staff was GREAT!

Dated facility. Hallways had a really strong gross odor but the room did not smell. The only way to explain the hallway odor is expired peanuts. It was VERY strong.
Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well cared for. The property was a bit dated and in a busy residential/commercial area but overall, for what we needed (a quick convenient place to stay for a short event) it was great. Prices are high, but that's expected for this area. I would recommend this hotel.

I wasn't thrilled with the location, right next to a McDonald's. My first stay I was in a room that was near the highway, which was a little noisy. My second stay I was midway and didn't hear anything 👍 The AC unit is a little bit loud, which was not great.
The staff was extremely kind and professional. Let me know if I needed anything, they're available 24 hours and to just call. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

Hotel was great! Staff was so nice and generous, our room got upgraded free of charge (: and breakfast was so good, my partner did however find a small hair in his eggs but everything else was awesome, and the only complaint I would make really besides that was the power went out on the first day for a few hours, it was at no fault of the hotel though, there was an outage just in that area for a little while, and our stay wasn’t affected much other than it being a bit warm in the room at night, but only for a bit, other than that our stay was great (: would definitely visit again.
