It was great that I was not able to enter my room because the battery in the door went out. Had to go to the adjoining room to go to my room where she had a baby. Had to interrupt their stay. Other than that it was great. Thank you.

First and foremost I would like to say how incredibly welcoming the young woman was who checked us in! I did my due diligence before deciding on this hotel as there are several in the area. I was definitely not disappointed. It was clean, safe and the staff were kind and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was good. We stayed in room 116. It was spotless, spacious well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Parking lot is large and safe.

Pool closed at 9pm, right when we got there. Kids were very disappointed. We are use to on the summer pools not closing until 11pm. There were men drinking at pool after 9. Curtains wouldn't close to block out light for sleeping. Orange juice outdated since March.

Beds were comfortable when most are not. Shower was great. Breakfast was ok.

I know that it is an older hotel so I expected some noise as repairs are getting done. It will be a lot quieter when they are finished.

The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful and made me feel like that they were there to serve me and that I wasn't a bother to them. I will stay there again next year. A BIG Thank you!!

This was an all cash only Facility down to the vending machines. There were no USB charging access in the room, room floor was not clean, the bed was very lumpy so I was sore when I woke the next morning and the shower curtain would not stay closed while showering therefore soap and water got on the floor. Finally, the breakfast was minimal. Premade "omelets" with cheese in the middle does not qualify as a "Create Your Own Omelet" especially when there are no additional toppings. Still not 100% sure that sausage was turkey sausage as the label only read "Sausage". My total cost was $138 for one night which is about the same cost I paid to stay at another hotel in the area and the breakfast was 10x better than at the BW. I honestly cannot say I feel I got my money's worth at this facility.

The location was super convenient to the interstate, restaurants and my final destination. The staff was very friendly as well and worked with me on an early check-in since the event I was attending started at the same time as the hotel check-in and I couldn't be in both places at the same time.
