How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Outdated decor.
Front desk was extremely nice and hospitable. The also enjoyed our breakfast. They had a large variety of options. The cafeteria staff was very helpful and very nice.

There is only 1 elevator and a bit slow
Room is big and clean. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast is so so.

Cant think of anything negative.
Underground parking for a small fee; Easily accessible. Very helpful staff. Very good large room. Close to Airport and Hire Car place. Very reasonable and cheap for a very late check-out.

I thought they had an airport shuttle, but it has been discontinued. The good news was that Uber provided a very cheap ride to the airport.
Staff was very accommodating, allowing me to store my luggage before checking in and finding me a room earlier than usual check-in time. Room was a generous size. Bed was comfortable.

The main reason for the stay at this facility was the Airport shuttle advertised on the website. When we arrived we were told that had been discontinued.
The staff was incredible. Everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to insure our comfort.

Higher toilets
Every thing was great. Please think of replacing toilets. They are low and it’s hard for older people to get that low and come up with ease. Other than that great place to rent a room from

The toilet in the room doesn’t flush too well

Paper plates at breakfast weren’t great. Staff weren’t friendly at all. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working.
Room was spacious & clean. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi were good to use in evening although pool was quite cold. Close to shops & fast food restaurants. Laundry facilities were very handy.

The only thing is that it didn't offer any tourist information, reception didn't have a map of the city or even those leaflets for the tour buses.
Room was bigger than expected and it was clean. Breakfast was very good, it has different options for everyone, fruits, yogurts, muffins, eggs, etc. Location was close enough to the airport and it offers a shuttle bus. All good.

Too sketch to walk around and find a late night meal spot. Had to Uber Eats Denny’s from close by.
Hot tub in the room was a perfect ending to a long night at SoFi watching an amazing concert! Close to the venue and perfect for a good breakfast before hitting the road!

I kept waiting at the LA airport for 3 long hours. Emailed to the property every 15-20 minutes but no response. Then I had to request a stranger to call up the property after which they sent me the shuttle. And the irritating fact is that I had booked this hotel for shuttle facility only. Unlike others who has shuttle reaching the airport every 15mins, this property sends the van on call. Foreign Guests like me, who carried no phone calling facility in USA, how can he/she call up the hotel for shuttle?? The property doesn't mention in booking.com or in other platforms that it sends shuttle on request only. Ugliest part is that the hotel charges 20$ for shuttle.
The property has an ATM machine which is good.
