The construction, carpet in the rooms and limited lighting in the bathroom

There was construction in our areas and there was no convenient way to access our room. We finally complained about the construction and we were moved to a better location.

Very small item to note: Broken shower handle. Normally we could deal, but the water went from scalding hot to freezing cold without any real positioning. An annoying game to have to play to get the right temperature.

This location is fantastic! The amenities are really nice. Great pools, beach chairs and bikes upon request, etc. Sloppy Joe’s also has great food and service. Good atmosphere for families. Rooms aren’t anything fancy, but definitely functional.

Room location! Don’t know if it was because we booked through Booking.com, but $1400+ for 3 nights should have gotten us a far better location. 4 yr ago we booked for 2 people and stayed in a larger room near the lobby with seating for 4. This room for 4 was smaller and set up for 2, except for towels. 2 mugs, no glasses, table for 2, in the furtherest building from the lobby. No carts to move luggage from the car to the building. Not easy for 4-75 year olds.

The Beach location. Having a balcony this time. Housekeeping was considerate.

My room was upgraded but right was right next door to the maintenance crews room and they slammed the door loudly until late in the evening.

Was disappointed that the recreational area was closed all day for a wedding.

My room wasn't ready when I arrived after the check in time of 4pm. The microwave was dirty. There were mosquitoes and beatles flying around the room. Housekeeping never came to my room until the day that I was checking out. I asked for my sheets to be changed because there was a spill. I requested at noon. I was told it was too late in the day to have that done when the itinerary says that you can have housekeeping up to 3 PM. I was told that I was put on a list to have the sheets change the next day no one ever came. There is propane fire pits for use, but none of them were refilled. Not one of them had any propane in them. The older blonde woman working the front desk was rude. I've stayed at less expensive resorts and didn't have any of these type of issues.

I rented the premium beachfront studio. The view and location is amazing. Also all the amenities.

Never received the spare blanket i asked for, kept getting a mattrass pad instead, 3 times! Eventually i gave up on it.

None of the staff seemed happy apart from the restaurant staff who were lovely. Few strange people wandering around the car park late at night.

Right on the beach, we had a beautiful view. Rooms were clean. Restrant sloppy joes was nice, food excellent but the place had a strange stale beer smell. Beach was beautiful.

Sloppy Joes Restuarant was not very good. The drinks were watered down. I don't think there was alcohol in the drink I had. The food was subpar for the price that we paid. I would have had my extended family meet me there the next day if the quality would have been there. I would have liked to have been offered an itemized receipt when I checked out.

Staff at check in and check out was great. Room and location were excellent. The beach was awesome. Everything was very clean. People were seen cleaning the public areas during work hours which I liked.

Parking..couldn’t find parking spot after leaving for Dinner.Had to park across the street near Walgreens with Bums hanging around the parking area.

Location is very convenient. Publix and plenty of restaurants are within walking distance. There are 2 pools and a spa on the property. Beach was perfect
