I didn't like walking up the stais there I didn't like that hat Half of the things in our room did not work like our land now you had to walk to the next block to get ice... The frigerator's had so much Freezer in it. Besides that it was A o k hotel cheap and close to the boardwalk and beach

Due to unforeseen circumstances due to the power outage we had no air conditioning or tv during our stay. Sleeping was uncomfortable due to the heat and the teens playing in the pool after hours

We set our air conditioner cool but it just wouldn't cool the room down, our room was always so humid and it wasn't very hot outside. The shower head was a little low & the water made our hair smell funny. Booking.com minimum age is 21 but when they message you it says 23.

The location was good, only two blocks from the boardwalk and staff was super helpful.

They don't have staff working in that hotel mostly in the other hotel. When I first came the office was close I had to go back a forth to get the key room. Very very small TV for a two bed room. I stayed like 4 to 5 day with my husband and two kids the put small amount of supplies like shampoo conditioner and towel even toilet paper I had to ask for toilet paper they only had put one. And like 2 towels . They should be more attentive to there customers. Also the 2 night we stayed the staff was so noise they were laughing putting music around 1am we were right next to the storage room where they uses to chill there. I dnt mind they chill there just don't make noise around 1am when people are trying to get some rest.

For wildwood it was decent. I mean it obviously needs remodeling and renovation desperately. Pool was nice but I mean aren't most at the beach.

There were a few things I did not like. To start off, the toilet would not flush. You could not even open the door to get into the bathroom. The other people staying at this hotel were very disrespectful. I was woken up at 3 am to yelling and screaming going on around the pool by other people staying there. This is very disrespectful considering its 3 am and people are trying to sleep. It was constant for a good hour. The pool SHOULD BE CLOSED at this time.

I liked that when I came back from the room after the concert, I called about the lights not working. I was able to get an answer and a solved problem within the hour. I really appreciated this even though it was late at night.

The beds aren't the greatest. There is no staff lol. Just a guy who you call at another hotel down the street. You walk to the other hotel to check in. He gives you towels and 1 key 😕

The room was okay but ours was in the corner. Everyone else had chairs to sit on deck we had none. I understand it’s covid but they never ask if we needed any supplies. The guys running the desk were not to nice. We got locked out went to get another key the guys at the desk give us a hard time till the man come out of back and said just give them the key. Towels and sheets were piled on first floor that needed washed just throwed. Was not to nice a scene. Parking is so hard to get in and out they need to designate places cause when you leave you loose your spot and you have a hard time getting in you have to back in the lot in a space from the road and when you leave you have to back from your spot to the road.

The room was not clean. Under the bed was disgusting and especially the floor, bathroom, and bed itself. It was obvious the sheets were not clean due to the obvious stains. Pee on the restroom before we even used it. Sand all over the floors and bathroom tub when we got there. And the sink and counters were clearly dirty. The cleanliness was my only complaint.

I liked its location and the people and staff were very nice.

The only thing I didn't like about the place was the beds were uncomfortable. And I also fell going up the steps and I would recommend more outlets. I would also recommend an ice machine on this property instead of having to walk all the way to the main office.

It had a pool which my kids loved the room was cool. It was also close to the boardwalk which was a plus
