Price is budget friendly and it is close to restaurants in the area.

Returned from music festival around 10:30 pm first night and there was no running water so no shower or brushing teeth,,,, was back on in the morning.

Outside was a bit tired with loose floor tiles but to be fair on going work was visible so it was clear that effort was being made to fix issues

Maybe someday the pool will be opened. Several years ago we were informed that there was a leak, so we imagine it will be a huge job and just may not be feasible. Shower stall a bit small but great water pressure and nice hot water

We've stayed here for years and it's always a pleasant stay. It looks like they are massing some significant renovations. The rooms are clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The overall facilities were run down, dirty and unkept. The room was clean but dated.

It was quiet clean comfortable and close to wherever I need to go if anybody is familiar with Bishop they will learn that linne road is much easier than main street for getting back-and-forth through town

It appeared they were working on the outside of the motel and doing remodeling inside. Outside the driveways were in need of repair, lots of cracking. Also, if the sign was updated the motel would be more appealing.

The woman that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator which actually had a separate freezer and it worked very well. My husband loves ice cream. Most motels have lousy freezers. The microwave worked well. Nice toiletries. We would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. This is a privately owned hotel. It was very reasonably priced.

Room was clean but tired. One of the curtain rod mounts was loose so the curtains didn’t open and close easily, the kitchenware was worn, cutlery and flatware was in a plastic store bag. The appliances were worn but functional. The room did have a newer full size refrigerator though. Kitchen exhaust fan was not useable and probably hasn’t been for ages. The floors were all tile, so I was glad I had brought flip flops. Otherwise I’d have been in socks or had very cold feet when barefoot.

Clean room, surprisingly comfy bed. Spacious, we had one of the rooms with a kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

everything was great, clean room, white clean towels and linens, complete with toiletries. The only negative remarks i will make is, they need to fix the toilet, it easy get clogged, we were in room 109

location was great, easy access to north and south lakes and main town Bishop.

the sound of running water and the noise the AC/heater unit made which I pointed out to the person who answered when I rang the door bell.

Coffee machine didn't work.

The young lady who checked us in was very polite and approachable..........a real asset to the Motel. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Cannot see why this place gets bad reviews. Some of those customers need to see a bit more of the world before complaining about trivial things.
