Didn’t stay there. Was moved to Pavilion. It was closer to the beach though! Shower was great!

Blinds were broken in bathroom, toilet was not flushed when checked in, one outlet did not work

Very small room and even smaller bathroom. Toilet was 1 foot from a wall. No maid service. Room not ready at 2 pm in afternoon. Was not able to return to checkin u til after 8 pm and no one at front desk.

Room 30 is a disaster. They should not be allowed to rent it out. It was dirty. I found candy wrappers under the bed. The air conditioner is inside the bathroom so you have to keep the bathroom door open. The room is so small you have to take turns walking because 2 people cannot move around at the same time. There are no decorations at all...not one single picture on the wall. No closet. We hung our shirts on nails on random nails sticking out from the walls. The bed had only one fitted sheet. The desk person leaves at night so it was too late to ask for another sheet when I found out. I had to cover myself with a small bathroom towel because I was not going to use the old and sketchy looking bed cover. The bathroom is tiny and looks like it belongs in a 3rd world country. The shower and floor were permanently stained throughout. Words can't capture the sight. We switched rooms the next day to room 20. It was bigger and slightly better. This hotel has potential but they need to do much much better.

Great location. Beach and boardwalk is a block away. Varsity diner is next door. They serve delicious breakfast and lunch. Staff at hotel helpful and nice. Pool area is clean. Nice big porch to sit in. Great family beach area.

The property is very old and hasn’t been updated in what seems to be an extremely long time. There were no doors on the individual rooms in the suite. The bathroom was so small it was very hard to shower in the stall with very low water pressure. The parking is limited and definitely not ideal for a large svu.

Just an overnight for us.I was late to make reservations and were able to accommodate.

The room was basic and the I thought the shower was going to fall apart.I'm 6'3" 200lbs. trying to take a shower I was bumping the side walls and thought the shower was going to fall down. Also I dont know if we were supposed to get them or not but "beach passes?" Someone made mention that we were suppose to get them for the stay...not a big deal of we were but if so we were never offered any...

Location was great. I would say that even though there were minor issues, I would stay there again because of the location and value.

Our shower was falling apart, the toilet didn’t flush, and i feel as though the pictures didn’t look like our room. The price wasn’t worth it. I would not recommend to anyone who actually would like to spend time in their room or who pack a lot of stuff to go to the beach as there is not enough room for anything. None the less the staff was very friendly & location is great.

There was a leak in the ceiling above my bed. Luckily we were out when the bed got soaked! They did get us another room.

We liked sitting on the porch and relaxing

The staff. Check in did not acknowledge me until she was done her personal call. She gave me zero updates on my room. The only good thing was she let me use the parking lot.

The bathroom sink had no drain cover. The walkway around the bed was literally 10 inches. No storage in bathroom. The "bedspread" looked like it was literally 20+ years old. Room 24 DESPERATELY needs an upgrade

The smell of the room and the building seems so wavey and just really old and needs a lot of updates and the front steps were bad for my wife because she has bad knees and one towel looked like someone wiped themselves with it heavily stained.

How close it is too the beach, the huge porch, pool

Not handicap accessible. Didn't mention prior to booking, then it was unrefundable. We were given a 3rd story room and I am disabled. TV was snowy and we only could get only 1 station. I brought it up to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. Has a closet but no hangers. No place to hang towel or clothes in bathroom. No cups, ice machine or coffee maker. Shower was small. No place to put wet clothes. Where was the pool?

Location to beach and location on island is good. Air conditioning was excellent. The deck was nice to just relax or eat on. Parking was ample.

Rooms need updating, floors warped, no microwave, tiny shower stall, old furniture in poor condition, electrical installation needs updating. I kept tripping a fuse when I blew dry my hair. Learned if everything else was off, I could dry my hair. Door knobs all difficult to open.

Room to small for the price.

-The parking was very tight -The dumpsters were right outside the door of where we stayed -the place sat uneven. You could tell how uneven it was by how crooked the dresser was. -there was no blanket for the sofa bed -there were lids for pots and pans in the kitchen, but there were no pots and pans -there was no broom to clean up the sand -there was no dish rag to wash dishes with -the air conditioner above the entrance door was dripping water- an awning would have helped

-Location to the beach was good -the place was clean and the pictures matched -staff was very friendly

The room was not as pictured. It was small as well as the bathroom. There is only a door knob lock on the door to the room. The blind in the room were broke on two of the windows.

Location and staff. Seemed to be newer mattresses. There is a nice patio to sit on.

The rooms are not updated, really small, only 2 TV channels available, parking for the hotel was really limited. No curtains so the room was bright at night and really bright in the morning. This hotel has so much potential.

The location was nice. The staff were very friendly. The seafood restaurant in the adjacent side of the hotel was really good!
