Bathroom was outdated. The tiled ceiling looked dirty and had water stains some were even broken.

I loved the location and the proximity to the boardwalk.

Maybe place some mats at the entrance of each room. There seems to be sand no matter what you do in the rooms and the floors seemed dirty. Didn't care for that. But then again, almost impossible to avoid with a beach hotel. Still nice.

Probably some of the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel between check-in and the restaurant. A++

The Wi-Fi was spotty, The sofa bed was very uncomfortable needs replacement. The springs were stretched and some were missing,could feel the bar left to right on our backs underneath us . the shower head could of been more updated, the tub was very slippery, could use tub mat or something non slippery.

The 7th floor indoor pool and steam room, also hot tub. The kitchenette was great, the temp of shower and room was great. The double beds were very comfortable in the one room. Loved the 2 TVs in different room.

I didn’t know the Basketball tournament was coming to stay sat night I could use the pool or the jacuzzi I need physical therapy so 9am the next day I went swimming and left an instant got a cold.

I loved my stay, besides the not knowing sat. Night was a tournament group at the hotel and couldn’t use the pool it was over crowd or the jacuzzi, then in the morning the chemicals were strong it was a little cloudy I went in any way for physical therapy an I left an instant had a slit cold

Ummm the towels suck, they need new ones, the floor was completely swept, rhinestones on floor when I moved the chair, the sheets well Uhmmm super thin, so pack your own! didn’t feel comfortable putting my face on any of the sheets.

The location to the board was excellent, they had a live band on Saturday and DJ Friday, both kid friendly. The indoor pool, didn’t go but having the option to swim during the cold months was a feature.

The bathrooms could have been more updated. The room was very basic, no hair dryer, no coffee machine.

We like that the resort had amenities to be able to use.

The guy that was in charge of the pool area cleaned the hot tub but there was no sign saying he cleaned it and he came and got smart with me and the ladies I was with. If we wasn’t aloud in the hot tub there should have been a sign saying he cleaned it.

The photos made my room look fancier than what it is. And bathroom was just ok a little tight. Though the cleaning staff was very friendly. Matter of fact the staff I encountered were very friendly & polite. My room was all the way at the end. A lot of walking. Especially frustrating with luggage. If I were to stay again. I'd stay closer to the main building or in the main building.

It's location was great. In summer it would be perfect access to the beach & boardwalk. Staff was friendly. And plenty of ample parking. A large bar & restaurant area. And it had an indoor & outdoor pool of which I didn't use. But at least there are ample things to do at this hotel.

That we were put on the 3rd floor & there was NO elevator on the motel part & we didn’t realize till it was to late & both me n my husband have medical issues.

I liked the staff, because the young lady (wish I got her name) was so patient. There was a problem with the booking.com reservation & she took her time & waited & waited on booking.com & she got no where, but she figured it out & boy were we happy & she let us upgrade to the meal/drink package for NYE. Thank You

I thought we would have ocean view or balcony.. but ended up with room behind outside pool. It was actually ok because room opened to outside and right near parking. Didn't have to take elevator everything we went out or returned
