It was really expensive, but that's to be expected for the eclipse I suppose. The appliances were really outdated, but it didn't matter too much. The hot water ran out pretty quickly when we were filling the jacuzzi, but it did eventually come back. The shampoo was a 2 in 1, which is awful for your hair and most places usually have them separate.

The rooms were even bigger than photos make it seem. The jacuzzi is gigantic. The pool is nice and has a great view of the castle. The staff was kind and informative about stuff going on for the eclipse. The whole place felt clean.

Rooms are a little dated but very clean!

They are pet friendly, which is great. I did have to pay $25 for each dog though…I’ve stayed other places that are pet friendly and only paid one fee versus 2. Thought that was a little expensive but we had no choice. The room is a pet friendly room and does have laminate flooring. The room is downstairs with an outdoor entrance and grass is right out in front of room. Convenient!

We had an apartment for the weekend and it was so so so worth the upgrade. Very spacious, nice, and several areas to sit.

the railing on our small balcony was a little shaky. Had to remind the kids to not lean on it. The view of the marina was nice, but the cover is in need of a paint job. When trying to lower the heat in my room, the setting went from 70 degrees to 59 degrees- nothing in between

The rooms were older, but clean. I liked that the carpeting has been replaced with vinyl flooring. I liked that all rooms are "non-smoking". The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pool. The pool itself is small but visually pleasing. The seating area around it is comfortable.

A bit difficult finding the place and room. Was confused where the restaurant was - didn't see the name on building or sign anywhere, so ate at other places. Could have used a microwave in the room.

The porch view was excellent (porch could have been wider - tight space). The coffee in the room was great. Close to events we planned to do.

There was an event at a nearby building that used 90 percent of the parking. Could not locate an area to park when we returned. Did not receive notice at check-in that parking would be difficult later and did not receive details as to where parking would be available. Searched for a parking spot for over 15 minutes then went to the office and found that there was parking at the rear of the building.

I loved the location. The hotel showed signs of wear, but it was comfortable. The restaurant was great, the view extraordinary. Beds were comfortable. Close to the boat tours. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

No elevator. Weird set up with different buildings for rooms. Have to go outside to get to pool room. Have to go outside for restaurant. Having the boats parked in the roadway was confusing and wondered if we were going the correct way. Those boats should be moved. They're parked on the actual road.

Jacuzzi tub. Need and linen were comfortable. Room was clean. Restaurant was good. Pool and hot tub was nice.

Our room was on the side by the marina and all we could see was a long tin roof. Rooms need to be updated. Shower and plumbing were terrible. No elevators.

Coffee and tea were available and outside grounds were pretty and kept clean. Easy checkout.
