We had 3 people and planned on sleeping in the pull out couch. We were told it had sheets and blankets. Pull out was not made up. 3 people in one bed. Not comfortable.

Location, ease of getting to Bouchard and the directions at the end of a long trip made the day end on a high note. Place and room were perfect as desired. Overall made the visit memorable.

We didn’t like that there was not elevator, the parking was very selective and tight, breakfast, although tasty, was the same every day. Very loud busy street

The Inn was, however, on a busy street and on a Friday and Saturday night there was a considerable amount of noise until the well after midnight.

The location was great for walking to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. A wonderful continental breakfast of fruit and yogurt and a warm pastry was brought to our room, and the one morning we had to leave our room very early, the breakfast was brought to us the evening before. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Not the Bouchard's fault, & it wasn't terrible, but the neighboring building had bright light on outside at night. It seeped in through blinds.

The only thing that we didn't like was the loud thumping music that began at 5:30 AM and lasted for hours. It wasn't coming from a guest room but a room downstairs, presumably an Inn worker.

I wish there was outdoor space for the guests. They used to have a fire pit with seating down in the restaurant which we used to enjoy. Also could have microwave in room

Be aware that there are no elevators, so pack lightly as you will carry your luggage up stairs.

Great location and adorable French-themed hotel. Very comfortable room included table and chairs, with tableware including wine glasses. Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning, with yogurt parfaits and irresistible warm pastries. Carmen at the front desk took the time to give us detailed directions to the must-see's of Newport. Great parking, considering it's in the heart of the city on Thames Street.

The price felt really high. It was at the end of the Main Street.

The staff that checked us in didn’t seem to recognize us after many times of seeing us which was odd. It was like meeting that person for the first time every time.

The air conditioner was a little loud. The only suggestion I have is additional hangers for skirts or slacks. Otherwise, everything was good.

The Keurig coffee was the only thing we didn't like. Please change that.

We loved the room/suite we had for 3 nights. We also had an excellent dinner at the restaurant one evening...our server/Captain was Dan...he took very good care of us both. Another big complement goes to Carmen who seems to be multi talented and very much engaged at the Bouchard to provide excellent services. Thank you Carmen for taking care of us, especially Friday night.

Great character building in an excellent location for accessing the town. Parking was provided.We booked dinner at the restaurant which was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. Delicious pastries were provided.
