The refrigerator was outdated and not very functional. There is water leaks on the bathroom ceiling.

Bed spread was folded up and appliances disconnected. Room appeared to be vacant for a while so air was stagnant and a few dead bugs were present and Ibelieve a spider web also. Should have been revisited before rented to freshen up

No comforter on the bed. Found a blanket in one of the drawers . Toiletries were 2 mini bars of hand soap, that's it. NO COFFEE, anywhere! Not in room and not in lobby! Breakfast choice was cereal and a basket with a few apples.

too many bugs! all Be it it was only spiders and bettles so it’s not the end of the world but I don’t like creepy crawlers of any kind in my room. also I ever did get hot water just like warm. bed was hard but tolerable

it was close to our destination IVR speed way about 28. it was fairly clean but so run down. the sink area was the nicest part of room and the remodeled bathroom was nice. close to a lot of good eating places like brookesdale grill and Eden’s pizza and grill

Bed is not comfortable. Not enough blankets were provided for the bed to be comfortable. Towels provided are small and sparse. We came to the room and there was a folded blanket for the bed that wasn’t on the bed. The bed just had two sheets. We had to turn up heat as we were cold. We stayed for 6 nights and when we came back to the room on five of those days the blanket we had used was in a ball on the couch. One day it was neatly folded. When we stayed in the fall the blanket was on the bed when we came the room, we stayed for 25 or so nights and every day the bed would be made with the blanket. We were very disappointed in the lack of care shown.

Good central location. Gentlemen who runs the establishment is friendly and remembers our stay last fall.

The rooms still could use some improvement. Bathroom looked pretty much remolded. I'm 40 and that motel has been there way before my time. I knew what to expect so I was content. The heater wormed great. You get what you pay for. I was content. It got the job done. I would go back if needed.

I didn't eat breakfast. I went there because of winter weather storm . Every time wind blows a certain way at my house the lights blink. My power was out 24 hours in 2021 ice storm.

The air conditioner/heaters are very noisy. We turned ours off, but the one in the room above was loud enough to keep us awake. Also, our non-smoking room had a faint smell of smoke. We would not go back.

Loud thumping music at 5-6a (I didn’t order a wake up call) from right below us, the bass was rumbling the headboard with a guy yelling wooo whoo every 5-10 minutes. There was a joint sitting right in the window sill outside another room. There was a rusty razor blade on the floor, we have toddlers. Pair of dirty toe/nail clippers on the heater/air conditioner with some other random stuff. What looked to be bodily waste on bathroom wall.. it was dark area altogether (they were doing remodeling I think and had a large dumpster with the side open with trash spilling out) not going to lie a little creepy when we got there. Paid the same price there for just 2 full beds as I did for another room the day prior which had 2 queen beds and a fold out sofa and and a lot cleaner in another state we were traveling through, I didn’t even chance taking a shower there or bathing the kids. But we needed somewhere to lay out heads. Debated on getting a different hotel all together and just taking the $100+ loss but no where else was booking at that time I tried. So we had to suck it up and hope for the best. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.. I’ll book ahead of time next time and steer clear.. not a safe place for littles at past or room wasn’t.

The small complex, although having its advantages, also has its drawbacks. One of which is the presence of common mold in the bathroom due to water issues. Although we were not overly concerned about it, it might be worthwhile for the housekeeping staff to consider implementing improved techniques, especially in regards to the ceilings. Furthermore, the breakfast area did not offer anything remarkable, making it more advisable to visit the nearby McDonald's instead of paying the extra.

The AC unit in the complex worked exceptionally well, allowing us to enjoy a cool and comfortable sleep as we prefer it below 70 degrees. Additionally, the location of the complex was convenient as it was in close proximity to restaurants and downtown. Despite any other shortcomings, the environment was quiet and we generally felt safe during our stay.

Room listed was supposed to provide breakfast. Nothing was available. No TV service or Wi-Fi that worked. I think price was overpriced at almost $150 per night. The bed was very uncomfortable the floor was softer than bed. Limited water pressure for showers. This will be the last time I book any further rooms on booking.com

It smelled like raw sewage. Door did not properly seal. Walls were disgusting, shower curtain had mold, pretty sure there was mold in bathroom ceiling as well.

The breakfast is really just cereal but it works. The place isn't the Ritz but the staff was friendly and helpful since we were stuck here longer than intended. Beds are really nice and comfortable and for the most part it's quiet!
