Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing that I did not like.
The staff was excellent. They were welcoming, proactive, and helpful. My flight was delayed by a day, and so I could stay at the property for only one day. The property managed at that instance promptly updated my booking to just one day and initiated the reimbursement of the amount. The staff in the morning of April 20 was very good. I was checking out, was super exhausted due to my late night arrival (a long and awful transatlantic flight). The staff played a small prank, and made me laugh, a great thing to start the day with. Lovely experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport is very useful. I arrived around 01:00 AM at the airport, and the shuttle was there in a few minutes. The return to the airport was also immediately arranged by the staff. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. If you are looking to go the city, take the light rail at Angel Lake station, which is just a 10-min walk from the hotel. The breakfast was just OK. I am accustomed to European breakfasts, so from that perspective, it can be definitely better.

Convenient, economically priced hotel with a free airport shuttle, fridge and coffee in the rooms, and a giant king bed for weary travellers. What more do you need from an airport stay? Staff got us checked in and out quickly and pointed us to a good takeout option nearby for food, as the hotel's own restaurant didn't reopen after closing during the pandemic. Decent breakfast included in the price and even though the hot food isn't served until 6:30 am, they have "grab and go" options and coffee available from 3 am on.

I accidentally duplicated one of our bookings here (through 2 different sites) - despite 3 different messages to say there was only 1 booking made, I was still charged for both. Other than that, no issues with the stay itself.
Staff were friendly, good shuttle to/from SeaTac airport. Free shuttle to the local mall. Early breakfast availability was really handy for our early flight.

The only bad thing I can say might be the breakfast hours for those who have to catch an early flight; completely understandable given the number of people awake at that time.
Staff was friendly & helpful. Having the shuttle bus to and from the airport made travel much easier.

The family screaming at each other in the hallway in the morning, but that was not the hotels fault ...
Very close to the airport. I still got a shuttle pick up at 1:30am, after my flight from Phoenix was delayed for 5 hours. They gave me a nice room in the back of the hotel, away from the street noise. Going back to the airport later in the morning they gave me a courtesy call to remind me of the upcoming shuttle departure. The driver took me directly to the rental car center, since I wasn't flying out but getting a car instead. Very nice and helpful staff.

We weren’t sure about it as we pulled up, but everything was very clean and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was standard. Staff was very friendly. We are overall very happy about our stay.

We were very lucky to get the first airport shuttle but there were other people who had to wait a long time and had to take a cab. There should be another driver available at busy times for a second shuttle, since this hotel is a little further out.
