Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was very comfortable. Great bed and pillows. TV was very good. Excellent location to airport. Nice to be connected to "Outback".

The hallway smelled smokey and musty. There could have been more variety of fruits for breakfast and maybe more options.
The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was huge cnd comfortable. The breakfast was ok.

The morning staff was very rude when I try checking out her offer everyone a receipt but me and my girlfriend and the whole time we were waiting for the airport shuttle he was staring at us making disgusting faces he refused to give us any information about when will the second hotel shuttle would arrive since the other shuttle had locked the keys inside and they couldn’t open it so me and my girlfriend have to end up taking an uber and when I asked for my receipt he just stared at me and make a disgusting face and was really bother about it.
Night staff was friendly and caring.

Very icy all over grounds - even step of shuttle bus was icy. Grounds could have used salt on all icy areas. Also - one of the side door entrance locks was not working.

They did not have a hot tub like they said they did unless we could not find it but it should of been in the pool area the only issue we had was between 1 and 2 am another guest or guest were being really loud and causing problems woke everyone up in my room
The beds were comfortable the room was clean and the breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy and they had hot breakfast items waffles pancakes and eggs and sausage and fresh fruit we enjoyed the pool

needs rehab in halls and lobby. Though clean, it gives impression of run down. Lingering smell everywhere (old cigarette covered by air freshener).

The rollout sofa had a huge stain on the mattress with no sheets or blankets. Gross! Staff replaced it with a roll away cot which was horribly uncomfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Location to airport is great.

Breakfast didn't start till 6:30 and our departure was before that. They should offer something to early departures. When we checked in at 5:00pm the 5:00am shuttle service was full so we were forced to take the 4:30 shuttle. The shuttle service was for 2 hotels. They wouldn't let us book our shuttle service till we checked in. I don't think that is right!! You should be able to reserve the shuttle service when you book your stay!!

Well we had come on Christmas so everything was closed. Not your fault though

I was unaware that the place I was booking was undergoing renovation and felt that should have been disclosed and the rates reduced for the inconvenience. The Comfort Inn signs at the parking entrances got me into the parking lot, but there was no signage on the building, either to identify it or to mark the entrance and the way to it, having been removed (I assume) for the refurbishing (the building was surrounded by scaffolding and debris presumably left by those working on it. The toilet paper holder was dangling from its hardware, and one packet of additives etc for coffee had been opened and damaged.
Far and away the most outstanding was Chaundry who at the front desk when I arrived. The directions I’d been given by the car rental employees were contradictory and confusing I was lost in the dark in an unfamiliar high-traffic area. I called the hotel, and Chaundry calmly and accurately guided me in. At one point (when I didn’t really need any more guidance - but didn’t realize it), he had to hang up to assist some other guests and told me to call back if I needed assistance again. I was in the parking lot when HE called ME back to see if I was okay. You couldn’t ask for a more helpful and dedicated employee.
