The water pressure in the toilet was poor. It took at least 3 to 4 turns for things to go down.

Location to the parkway and the room was clean. I felt safe as well.

The fridge in my room didn’t close fully, so I wasn’t able to keep anything other than drinks in there. Also, the curtains allowed a fair amount of light in, even when closed so I struggled to sleep.

The location was very convenient for my needs, and the breakfast offered was pretty good

All other members of staff were unfriendly or unhelpful. The woman setting up the breakfast was on FaceTime already at 6:30am when it was supposed to start and was acting as if opening the breakfast was an inconvenience to her. Our key card locked us out at 9am instead of 11am as we were bringing our things out. We were let back in but there was not accountability taken or apology , just the woman at the desk saying “well today is your check out”. Very strange interactions with staff overall outside the initial check in agent.

The price to comfort ratio was excellent. The breakfast was good. The rooms comfortable. The young man at check in was so sweet and a great service agent.

Could not give us pillows because laundry staff was not there, all doors in room were difficult to close and open, would not send back my orthopedic pillow and threw it it out immediately before I had a moment to ask a friend to pick it up, refused our party of 4 the comp breakfast (just wanted a muffin or bagel) on our last morning because it wasn’t open yet (by 10 minutes and we were departing for the airport) but everything was already out.

The rooms had a funny odor, there was not enough towels for 2 persons and the beds are very soft. The prince for the room was high considering how modest and run down was the room.

A limited breakfast offering.  I would like to have seen more variety. While the room was quiet and clean, there was a window that went into the hallway, which was not great.  The hotel was convenient to the Parkway.

The price was a little high also the pool was down inside and out that was one the big reason l pick the hotel in the first place and the weight room there really nothing there need more equipments.

The room was very outdated. The blackout curtains were torn in several places. The furniture in the room was very old. It looked like the 70's or 80's. The layout of the room was also very awkward. The hallway carpet was in very bad condition and several guests had dogs in their rooms. The breakfast was very limited.

Room was okay… some things were broken. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Fan in the room didn’t work. I didn’t make a big deal out of it , only thing I really needed was the hair dryer for the wife and the front desk did give us a loaner to use

I booked a double queen suite and informed the hotel that my parents, who I booked the room for, were bringing their dog. I was not told until check in that did to the dog, the suite was not an option. The exterior door in the hotel room was not sealed well and the lock was difficult to secure. The hallway had water damage. And the pool, which was advertised at the time of booking, is closed indefinitely. It did not feel worth the price that I paid.

The rooms are very dated and dark and dreary. The hallways smelled like mildew or mold. Not at all what I expected. Also toilet seat was broken.

The way they did house keeping towels and sheets are changed every three days unless you request it I feel it should be every day for the price that charge and the last three nights someone was partying couldn't get sleep

TV remote didn't work, Pool was closed, toilet seat was loose, heavy curtains didn't exist...only light gauzy curtains.

This is definitely an older property and showing it’s age. I believe it is a converted motel. it seems like a facade was erected around the existing structure to have the rooms open up to a corridor rather than outside and that is a plus for safety but leaves the rooms with enormous interior windows and very little soundproofing.

Convenience and price are good selling points. The included breakfast was on par with higher priced properties.
