I stayed at the Quebec Hotel across the street from the Calypso So I am rating the Quebec Hotel..I realized that the Calypso wasn’t going to work with my situation so I inquired (at 6AM on check in day) if I could stay at the Quebec because it’s a sister hotel and the manager was great with the whole situation..I just needed to pay the difference which was perfectly fine with me … When I got there I was greeted by Debbie who was warm friendly and very accommodating … she and the staff was able to get me into my room 2 hours before check in ..which I was extremely grateful for (Thank you Debbie you’re awesome)..!! We struck up a conversation about sunrises and sunsets sharing photos and past experiences etc etc . The hotel was really close to the beach and boardwalk I didn’t have to drive anywhere it was the perfect location for me .The room I stayed in was very clean ,spacious and comfortable the room was on the second floor so I was able to see people walking the boardwalk and also able to see the ocean .The staff at the hotel was very friendly.The pool was cleaned daily and so were the barbecue grills ..I had a great stay and the hotel met and exceeded my expectations.. thanks to all at the Quebec…( and most of all Debbie your pictures were amazing 😁😁 )…John K

AC was in good working order but was loud and caused us to wake up multiple times during our first night...

Some of the facilities were a bit older or run down. There a few things - whistling showerhead, buzzing refrigerator, and couch-bed that made the door harder to open when unfolded - that weren't ideal, but nothing that wasn't functional, nor anything deal-breaking.

The hotel was very close to the beach, but still affordable. The room had everything we needed for a vacation of ours' scale, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to see the outside doors (two of them) closed and secured at night. They were left open.

I really liked the amount of space and the nice sized refrigerator and freezer. Also, room, bed, bath were super clean. Housekeeping staff are outstanding!

Pool was not clean due to ppl washing off sand in the pool. Not the hotel’s fault. I saw them cleaning it myself. We did not get in. No pots in the kitchenette suite. (I’m sure if I would have discovered before the last night, and asked they would have provided some). No air conditioning in the living rooms of the suites. Bedroom AC can keep entire unit cool if the door is left open. No blanket/ cover for the pull out mattress and only 1 pillow provided for it (you probably have to ask for extra). Tv stations in the bedroom would go in and out when they felt like it and Wi-Fi wasn’t very good but to be expected at a hotel. Overall enjoyable stay!

SUPER SUPER Close to boardwalk. Great pricing! Quiet intimate facility. Designated smoking area in the back which was great (Even though it says smoke free) Bed and room were pretty comfortable! They let us check out late free of charge. Seen a lot of negative reviews about Debbie but she was very nice to us!
