I noticed while taking a shower that the water was not draining and the tub was quickly filled with water.

Location, it was nice being able to get to where I needed without driving far. Staff, very nice from the time of checking in and out of my stay there. 9/10 noise wise, for the most part it was quiet and relaxing.

You know they place is no good when you are afraid to touch the floor with your bare feet. I booked a “deluxe” room to have more room for me and my service dog. The so-called deluxe room had a broken lamp, parking nowhere near the room and located on the second floor without an elevator.

To be honest, nothing comes to mind.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, good location. Because of the ice storm and no power or water at our house for 10 days, it was great to take a warm shower, watch a little TV and regroup for the rest of the storm fallout. Eric was GREAT!!!

The rooms are looking a bit run down. The chair in the room looked old. Our room heater was difficult to adjust as the control information was rubbed off. The bathroom mirror had discolored flecks all over it. Would love to see the Costco muffins come back for breakfast.

We love staying here because of the location and price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a cold breakfast included.

Everything in the rooms could use updating. The ac felt like it was on its last legs. The wifi password on the card they give you at checkin was wrong so I had to call tech support to figure it out.

Front desk folks were great, especially the night clerk. Location was good for me. Breakfast was standard continental kind but it was plenty to get me going in the morning.

Bed and linens were clean. However, the carpet in my room likely requires a deep cleaning (surprised by how dirty my socks got walking on the carpet). My room was never cleaned during my 3-night stay, even though I left out the sign asking to have my room cleaned. The room maintenance also needs some work (lazy spackle and paint jobs around the bathroom and room).

Extremely convenient location if you're visiting University of Oregon. Both the University and Downtown Eugene are within walking distance. Price-wise, it was also great value compare to other hotels in the area. The hotel also offers a simple continental breakfast each morning, which I appreciated.

It was a little tired. Not dirty at all, but you could see it has been patched up over time. The refrigerator in my room was noisy. I suppose I'd say it was at the pricey end of what I was willing to pay but I'd rather than with helpful staff. It might be that Eugene is just an expensive place, or I booked a little late, but I think as a solo traveller I'd have expected to pay a little less.

The location was ideal for my plans. I was looking for a more traditional hotel / motel and this was spot on. The staff were very helpful and the coffee was really good. Breakfast was adequate. I chose here mainly as it was the mud point of my journey and it had laundry facilities. They were happy to amend my booking after I realised I'd made a mistake seconds after confirming.
