Person at desk was unable to properly program room key. After four attempts the person had to accompany us to the room. Programmed key still didn’t work so he had to use his master key to get us in

Tremendous all-encompassing marijuana smell all over the first floor, including the lobby area. Clearly guests were lighting up in their rooms despite this being a 'non-smoking' hotel. Management needs to address this and end this or they will lose patrons. We could not stay and eat our complementary breakfast due to the horrendous pot smell. This simply should not be for a well-rated place like this.

Our room on the third floor was clean, quiet, and comfy as expected. Everything worked as expected.

Our room was not very clean. Spots on wall by windows, bathroom floor was not clean. We were exhausted from travel and did not want to complain.

AC/Heat hard to regulate. Ice maker in fridge not working. Not that big a deal. Ice available on lower level.

No breakfast available. Would be nice. Third time staying there. Free laundry is nice. Staff is friendly.

Odd things, like no hooks in bathroom to hang towels to dry, and bathrobes. Towels are in the cabinet on other side of bathroom from shower, so had to get towel first, and put it on back of toilet to reach after shower. No nightstand or charger on my side of bed, so I had to put phone and glasses on floor, and glass of water across room rather than on nightstand, which was rather inconvenient for what I thought was a higher price than I'd usually pay in Buffalo.

Friendly desk person, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower pressure and quick hot water; free ample parking. I didn't use kitchenette but it seemed well-equipped - burners, dishwasher and dishes, microwave, full size fridge. Big closet.

Need to have a box of kleenex in the bathroom. Th maid service should come around for basic things each morning. If not-why are we tipping them. Or why not just stay at an airbnb where there is no service. i expect cleaning service, bed made in any hotel.

Great accommodating staff. Liked the coffee and creamers downstairs and the small book selection in the lobby.

Room was too hot or too cold, couldn't get temperature right, especially at night. Room not cleaned daily like a regular hotel.

Kitchen facility was available ,which made our stay comfortable , location was convenient to us ,rooms were also spacious

The only thing I can think of was maybe having hand soap in the kitchen area (but not that important) and more importantly have a place to hang towels in the bathroom and a hook on the door for clothes. The tub had a couple of stains but nothing major.

we only stayed one night but if I was staying a week or more, we would have liked the efficiency in the room. it was very clean. Employees at front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately it’s really close to the airport and the noise from the planes gets some getting used to.

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is a plus since I have specific dietary requirements. The pet walking area is pretty small but clean.

AC blowing toward beds and being impossible to set it slightly up. We found under the desk some black strange objects that we couldn't recognize, which gave us impression that the cleaning crew missed that area.

I liked soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower. I think it is less wasteful and quality was excellent! Great bedding covers made of cotton and tasteful top cover keeps traveler comfy. Room was spacious and comfortable with sink and refrigerator that I used and appreciated.
