I was told the room was ready at 12 but comforters weren’t in the room. It was very dusty in the room housekeeping was little rude. It felt like I was cleaning my home because the room wasn’t really clean.

Room was not clean. Washing machines not working. Parking lot dirty with large potholes. Cookware was limited and terrible. Carpets were dirty. Staff nice but extremely limited. There was a problem with our booking but staff handled it.

Location is great. Overall building is good but not very kept. Good price. Relatively quite. Very good bed. Staff very nice.

Bed comfortable. Chair was a recliner that was incredibly difficult to close. No microwave or working stove in my kitchen. Full size refrigerator which was nice. Bathroom not very clean. Bathtub slow to drain. 100 non refundable cat deposit.

Super, sketchy management/franchise owner changing pet policies with me at least 3x during my 60-day stay and every time I extended my stay (week-by-week), management would ALWAYS comment how I was getting such a deal by booking "3rd-party" and I wasn't paying near as much as all their other guests. I was told that rooms with pets are NOT serviced-- and I NEVER, EVER once in 60+ days ever had ANY type of roomservice whatsoever. After I contacted Choice Hotels corporate, they filed a complaint against this location over their constant changing and recharging new pet fees, and sent both the owner and the management a 'warning', After receiving the warning from Choice corporate, this management that very morning, then canceled my PAID week and was knocking at my door before 8am Saturday morning, notifying me what they had done and giving me 1 day to checkout. (I was paid through the following Friday,, and eventually issued a refund for my 5-days they canceled) - (the previous Wednesday their spring-hinged fire door slammed shut into my toe sending me to the hospital for x-rays where I was told I have a severe sprain and to stay completely off my foot)- I had to pack up and relocate while waiting for my refund on my mangled foot!

What the facility has in convenience of location it lacks completely in amenities, cleanliness or the appeal of staying there for any appreciable length of the time. After I checked in, I asked the guy at the desk if the hotel had a Business Center. He said no — and then added, "which is a weird thing for a hotel not to have." If there ever was one, it must have been taken out during the handful of times that this property has changed hands and names over the past few years. More likely, though, there hasn't been much maintenance or refurbishment done at all, and the place has just kept rotting away.

I was there for a conference at Johnson County Community College, which was right across the street. It's very conveniently located for that — even more so than than the Wingate by Wyndham, which used to be down the street until it closed a few years ago. And the reception staff were polite at least.

Took to long to get someone at the front desk. Washer and dryer’s didn’t work then got supposedly fixed but put money in them and they didn’t work. Woken up every morning around 4:00 to someone stomping on the above floor for 30-45 minutes.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke which was not the best, only gave a sheet for sleeping ( bring your own blankets if you plan to stay here), looks a little worn down inside and outside,

Great location, quiet, and mostly very clean. I saw house keeping daily. Cute little kitchenette area with full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Had a little stove. Provided some utensils and cooking supplies. Coffee machine in room.

Cleaning ladies banging on the door every half hour starting at 8a.m. and hearing them talking loudly outside my room..." These people in 129 need to go...I aint staying here all day". I paid for the room till 11 a.m. Rude and inconsiderate cleaning crew.

There were a few stains in the bathroom. The room was a bit dingey, and the hotel seemed to have an unpleasant odor.

The bed was really comfortable, and the location was great. Close to Oak Park Mall and many restaurants. The room was extremely spacious and it had a full size refrigerator, cabinetry and a two-burner stove. There were also dishes and utensils and a dishwasher. I did not travel with any pets, but it was nice to know that it was a pretty friendly hotel.

The floors in the hallways and foyer were dirty the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was to be included. It was a sack with a bottle of water, a breakfast bar, and oatmeal bowl. We are diabetic and could not eat the high sugar foods. I need and requested a handicapped room but it was not clean when we checked in and the room we were put in had a low stool and no grab bar. My knees hurt the whole time we were there.

The best parts were the cleanliness and size of the room and comfort of the bed. The staff was friendly.

The bathroom door didn't completely close or lock at all. The washcloths were visibly dirty, not stained. Lots of people hanging around all entrances smoking. Loud guests till all hours of morning
