Kitchen amenities were slim pickings. Kitchen needs an update.

For check-in, access road to locate the front desk office was confusing. In the suite, there is no exhaust air ventilation system over the kitchen range. Rate was rather steep.

Check-in and check-out procedures were smooth, the front deck staffs were very friendly.

The only 'complaint' is the way the heater worked - the fan was very loud and the operation setting was only as always running - no setting to only run when the heating element was running; when we arrived the heater in one of the rooms was set at a stifling highest temperature - over 80 dgs! Also, suggest the kitchen tools include such items as a wine and bottle opener. Guest staying in a studio with a kitchen should be aware that there is only a very limited small grocery/convenience store in the town - this info could be included in the pre-check-in messages or the information binder in the room.

Didn’t tell us WiFi was special one for the studios and needed a password. The password we got wasn’t correct.

The studios are a bit drive away from the main reception & restaurant — and we didn’t get a chance to use the facilities.

The cooking kit and Crockery/cutlery were minimum standard/cheap ... we cook our own meals and I expected much better. The price was very dear.

We were in a separate condo which was bit further from the main hotel. So for breakfast and pool we would have needed the car. Not much of a problem, as we were just stopping there to sleep one night, but you should consider that if you want to spend more time there - better get one of the rooms in the main hotel

The decor and fixtures are a bit outdated in the studio apartments. Apt has carpet and some funky tile in entry way and kitchenette. The balcony is so small you can barely sit in a chair.

The studio apartments are not connected to main hotel and require a walk thru the woods down a dark path or a 2 - 3 min drive. I did not have a car and had quite a bit of luggage. The manager offered to drive me over to the apt complex. So nice!

Kitchen is small- cooking limited to a microwave. Still, reasonable for breakfast and staging trips to the national park.

Close to the Grand Canyon south rim. Studio apartment had a great clean kitchen and cute balcony to relax on. Can use the hot tub and pool at the adjacent hotel.

Not clean. The same problem that we have in the same appartment years before.

We have to wait till 4 pm and the night tables were dirty of time without cleaning. No one were there before us. No soap in the bathroom. The house keeper don’t walk the appartments.

The housekeeping staff didn’t leave needed item for the kitchen (e.g.no sponge, so dishwashing liquid, towels and personalized toiletries in one of the bathrooms. Was amended on 2nd day we were there.

This is a really well laid out 2 bd, 2bath apartment VERY comfortable for s couples traveling together. And other than being inside the park, this is most convenient to the park entrance

it was difficult to find at night, the signage was poor, and we had to return to the hotel desk and have someone show us the location. Having stayed in other apartments, this one was lacking several amenities. There wasn’t not enough regular coffee pods for the number of people, no salt and pepper, or other things that you would think would be available if you’re going to prepare a meal..

We had an amazing time in the apartment of Canyon Plaza Premier Studio and Apartments. The place was quite big for our group of 4, really well furnished, two bathrooms and a full functional kitchen. The terrace was our favorite spot to admire the Super Moon rising and we even saw 3 Wapitis one morning ! The facilities are great, with a small pool that is very useful when it gets really hot in July and a wintergarden beautiful and relaxing. The best thing about this place is really the location, we were every day in 15/20 minutes on the trails of the Grand Canyon, being able to get there for the early sunset. We highly recommend it !
