The pillow could have been better. They should have an area so you and your family can eat together.

The location was perfect next to a lot of stores and restaurants. Loved the pool.

The water park is fun, my daughter is 9 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The first day we used the pool two of the slides were closed which was upsetting since that's what my daughter wanted to do the most. When I asked about it I was returned with a very rude response, but the life guards are kids so what more could I expect, they said there was not enough life guards but I believe I counted at least 6 just standing around the lazy river. Not sure if that is protocol just thought one could be spared for the 2nd life guard for the slides. Other than that my only other comments would be that they should try to be more versatile with the music since it is for kids and all kinds of people. Other wise pools were clean and the area was very well kept. My family would definitely love to go back, or even use a day pass for just the water park.

We got lucky and had a room right next to the pool and arcade, also was able to park right next to the back entrance near our room. Everything was very accessible. Went during construction but you would have never known. They also offered a food voucher, a movie, and a magic show. Great for families.

No pre preparations for school vacation week . Very very disappointing . Water park hours terrible. Staffing terrible. Waiter forgot entire entree and felt no remorse for it. Check in/out line awful. Food not so good. Water park snack stand, stood in line over 1 hr. Time is precious!!!

Definitely a little rundown. Hot tub was more like lukewarm tub. Slides and lazy River were periodically shut down for what I can only assume is a staffing shortage.

The water park area was not heated well enough. The children were freezing which really played a roll on their mood towards the end. The lights were flickering all afternoon as well in the water park area.

The water park was perfect for the little ones. They had a great time and was safe to be on their own in the kiddie area.

When I booked the room I had a first floor room with a fireplace- I was confirmed this room - when I got to the hotel - we were on the second floor - no fireplace- I was upset because that was the main attraction I wanted - when I called the front desk they said those rooms were under construction- the hotel should have sent me a message when I booked the room to tell me this - I was disappointed

We did not like that we weren’t notified about the waterpark being closed for construction!!! Our rooms had a musty/moldy odor to it and one of the refrigerators had no light, was leaky w/rust around the edges, and was tilted so opening and closing of the fridge door was scraping against the rug. We did not like the lack of professionalism and respect a supervisor had towards us. We were 2 mothers with 6 children and this was not our first time visiting. We have never had such a disappointing stay here! We had an extremely difficult time with purchasing and finally obtaining arm floats for 2 toddlers! We purchased 3 pairs of arm floats during our stay. The first night we had to go to lobby to purchase them and were given a receipt and told to go to a lifeguard to receive them. Lifeguards were rather confused a young woman was very nice and got the 2 pairs for us! The next morning we figured it would be the same process but we actually had a very inconvenient and rude supervisor tell us he is a supervisor and didnt have time to roam the halls to get the floats when we presented him with the receipt of the already paid for 3rd pair of arm floats! Unfortunately the lifeguard was able to go get them because he was doing jis job and couldnt and shouldnt have had to leave his posted spot for safety reasons! After a conversation/debate of us trying to explain the situation to him, he left and came back with another woman who then thankfully helped with the situation!

Women at front desk was very nice and professional she accommodated us with a connecting room!

The parking lot is not well lit at all. Was kinda scary. The Waterpark is very limited .. it was good for tall kids or toddlers not in between. Also wave pool was closed and was not advertise it would be closed when we booked. So when we questioned why it was closed they said scheduled maintenance.. So it was scheduled but they chose not to put it up on website.

The rooms are in serious need of updating. It was very pricey for the condition of the rooms. The life guard at the pool was extremely rude and discourteous. We have service dogs and she refused us entrance without word just pointing to get out.

Great location. The restaurant was excellent as was our server bar tender Dave. The restaurant was excellent. The property is beautiful and very well kept. Most of the staff were wonderful.

The property is in need of updating. The smell of trash was very strong in the area we stayed at. There is an issue with mildew smell in the room I stayed in with a slight dampness.

Only did not like that water in shower did not go down , took to long . The room was a lil damp . Felt like everything was wet.

Breakfast at Codder restaurant was awesome. Waterpark awesome, food and drinks great. Arcade room awesome . My grandchildren love it there . We have been there twice. Also Sophia at front desk helped me out and is amazing . And very convenient to get to stores and found chic filet right up road also with play area .

Booked through Priceline, total price was almost $100 over the Priceline $$. Resort fee and all additional taxes,at least 3 taxes??? Not disclosed on booking. That being said I could have missed the very very fine print. The norm these days!!! Not much we can do there, but when on a budget it was a shock. Kids had a great time, set up was perfect for families with kids!!! Had breakfast at the hearth & kettle, sorry to say would not recommend, should have went across the street to Dunkin’s.
